We loved this hotel, the room was amazing with a gorgeous view, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the pool area was great. Would definitely recommend!

Grievously overrated! I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 PM. Check in time is 2 PM. I ask if they have a clean room available. They said they can have one shortly, and to come back at 1. I come back at 1, and they tell me it's not ready yet, despite what they previously said. And now they say to come back at 1:30. I return at 1:30 and it's still not ready! They tell me to come back at 2, which would have been the normal check in time anyhow. I was informed by hotel staff through email that parking is 10 euros at night. But the front desk tells me its 13. Then they tell me they surcharge for EVERYTHING other than breakfast. If you want towels or robes, they charge you to rent those. They charge you each night to use the in room safe. What is it they don't charge for? A matter of fact... they offer me a complimentary welcome drink at the bar. I ask if I can get bottled water, and the bartender says the welcome drink can only be alcoholic! ***? You mean to tell me that water is a more expensive overhead for the hotel than alcohol? The final straw for me was when overcharged me for using the sauna. Yes, they charge for using the sauna or Turkish Bath too... It was supposed to be 5 euros per person, so we should have paid 10. And they charged me 14 instead. There is an older woman at the front desk who is particularly not helpful. I don't know why anyone would want to stay here when they nickel and dime you A la carte for EVERYTHING. The only positive thing I can mention about this place other than the location, is the breakfast. I will give them credit for serving very healthy and tastey food in the morning, but that's about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel has great location, amazing view and pretty good rooms with balconies. The only thing is some problems with ventilation system in the kitchen so in lobby and in the main restaurant you can smell everything they cooked.

Great hotel The room we booked was not the basic room as shown on your site, but when we arrived at the hotel they said it was due to the price. So paid 24 more for nothing.

Отель удобно расположился для передвижения на машине. Практически через дорогу - торговый центр. Поблизости множество магазинов. Просторные номера, огромные балконы. Классный разнообразный завтрак с шампанским. В отеле множество красивых фотозон с видом на океан и рассвет! Роскошная терраса! Открытый бассейн и джакузи не с ледяной водой, мы заходили зимой совершенно спокойно. В закрытом бассейне вода намного теплее, но сильный запах хлорки. При заезде выдают карточки для получения приветственного напитка в баре, расположенном в холле. Было приятно. Один раз мы сходили на ужин, который подаётся в виде шведского стола. Но нам не понравилось. Было не так вкусно, как хотелось бы. Единственный минус, который мы нашли, это платная парковка в подземном гараже! Почему бы для гостей не сделать парковку бесплатной? Но, надо признать, для 4 - ехать звёзд Отель очень хорош! Рекомендую!

Très satisfait bon service bon accueil belle piscine et belle vue de la chambre

訂房時的相片有露台，但實際是沒有，今人大失所望，如果沒有露台我是不考慮此洒店！但其他設施及服務都非常好，晚上在洒廊或大堂可以聽歌飲嘢，很有氣氛，餐廳環境很好，可以看着大海食早餐，食物也很好味，職員非常友善。

Lovely immaculate hotel it’s beautiful inside and the views are excellent. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. There is a shuttle bus to the town centre but there are also lots of things to see and places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. Reception staff were really helpful.

Nice hotel , staff all nice Rooms clean and well looked after Only criticism is you have to pay for dressing gowns which I think isn’t Good surely given a rode would entice use of spa and treatments Make more money. Safe also charge which seems off too But other then that hotel was up to our standards

The hotel is lovely, kept clean and tidy and rooms are upto modern standard. Facilities are all well maintained aswell. Peaceful throughout the day. Restraunt has a fantastic selection on offer for the buffet. However, all of this was completely over shadowed by my dining experience during dinner. I had placed food down at a table, went off to get some soup as a starter only to return to find that the manager had moved me to another table without even speaking to me in order to accommodate other customers. For the entire 50 minutes I was in the dining room my existence was totally ignored after this and I was not once approached to order a drink to have with my meal. Staff would take my plates, say nothing and kept glaring at me as if I had done something wrong. Meanwhile I watched other customers being seated and having their drinks orders taken immediately.

Stayed 10 nights on a B&B basis in a street facing room, sea view would have been nice but we live by the sea and can see it anytime. Hotel had everything we could want for, decent breakfast buffet and always plenty of space poolside and in the gym. We used the bar a few times but apart from that ate out, no need to head downtown for dinner as there are plenty of very good restaurants within an easy walk. Considering what we paid via Jet2 (am I allowed to say that) great value for a Winter break. Took me until the last day to discover the little room to the left of reception has a library of books to borrow. Minor gripe is the charge to use the in room safe, wasn`t actually mentioned at check in, I used a few 4 digit codes to find the default code to open it and got it on the 3rd attempt .......result 1111
