Apartamentos Mediterraneo Real

Location is perfect. Not too far away from the Beach and dining places. The rooms should be cleaned more carefully. Staff was mostly kind, except one person in reception.

My mates and I just got back from a super holiday at these apartments . We had a seventh floor 2 bed apartment which had everything you need for self catering stay . Master bed room was large and had shower over a bath ( really good water pressure ). Bed 2 had two single beds , and opposite a shower room , wc, and washing machine . Lounge had a sofa bed , full kitchen fridge freezer , dishwasher , oven, sink , kettle, coffee maker, toaster, also large table for 4 . Tv , dvd , phone , belcony via patio doors with security shutters ( on all windows as well ).speakers in ceiling for radio also a nice touch . The room also had 3 wall type aircon units all working and much needed as the outside temperature was a hot 27degrees all week . Views to the left of mountains and to the right distant sea views . We used the pool and the sun deck , gets sun in September from 1030am , plenty sun beds at this time of year although thay could do with being renewed . Out door bar was shut . The sepermarket is 5 mins away . ( get drinks from there put in your fridge , then take to pool) Would like to say thanks to the reception ladies , all very helpful ., We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year

This was our first time in this area and in an apartment as a family. We stayed in the penthouse 2 bed apartment, we are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for us, we had a double room with en-suite there was a twin room and then a double sofa bed. Each room had aircon and we found leaving it on cold when going out made it bliss when coming home. Apartment was tidy and serviced every couple of days. There is a supermarket around the corner ideal for stocking up on drinks and snacks. The complex itself had a great pool and we never had any problems getting a space there and used it every day. Downside is a very limited bar onsite by the pool and not open that late so if you like a drink best stock up from the shop. It’s a 5 min walk from the station and the train from Malaga airport is only 30 minutes and cost us €24 return for the whole family far cheaper and quicker than a taxi. Ask for an extra room key as you can then leave one in the pad to keep the electric on for the aircon. From the apartment it’s only a 10min walk to the beach and the shops/restaurants which is great we went down every evening when it had cooled and found some great beach side bars for a cold drink whilst the kids played on the beach with football etc.

We stayed in a 1 bedroomed apartment, me, my husband and 17 year old son, 19th Aug for 1 week. The apartment was perfect, clean, well equipped and we couldn’t have asked for better. The pool area however is the only let down. Plenty of beds but there is no jumping into the pool allowed of any kind, at all. No inflatables allowed or fun it seemed. Very keen, over zealous lifeguards make sure everyone behaves n sticks to their rules. The bar, when it does open at differing times every day, stocks very little so best to take your own from the nearby supermarket. 10min walk to the beach which is great. We had a great time, but do think it unfortunately lets itself down due to the pool area and bar.

This apartment is very nice, ac is very good, kitchen is well equipped good size fridge freezer Comfortable beds Bathroom is great plenty of hot water great shower but not safe for kids you have to always watch as shower is not thermostat controlled so goes really cold or very hot all of a sudden for an adult they can adjust but a small kid could easily get scolded Internet is bordering on pointless when peak times so not worth messing. TVs are very old so don’t support fire stick. Great pool nice temperature plenty beds but they’re getting old and can be a little bumpy but ok We arrived about 11am and weren’t allowed are room till just before 4pm so we sat baking for 5 hrs with a very tired 6yr old in reception the lady on reception was as helpful as she could and pleasant, she offered us the shower room but by the time we had all showered it was so hot in the room we were sweating buckets and worse. The other lady on reception was really nice Joanna or Joanne I think But the one who wears lips stick all over her face was horrible to my partner, when she asked what days the rooms are cleaned and new towels, very disturbing. Unfortunately we heard every noise upstairs walking running chairs dragged tables and beds moved and I think they were pretty considerate if it was someone bad you’d never get any sleep Overall I was happy with the place

Great place defo recommend it pool not to big the apartment 105 was excellent look out to front of hotel it had full fridge freezer wash Machine dishwasher aircon musics through all rooms pull out bed double and kingsize in the other room bed comfy room cleaned cafeteria next door super market round the coner train staion 5 mins away easy to use and beach 10min away walking distance everything so near 👍

We stayed as a family of 3 adults in a one bedroom apartment. We asked for a higher floor if possible and were allocated one on seventh floor. On arrival reception staff were very friendly and stored our cases until apartment was ready(we arrived mid morning). We took this opportunity to have brunch in the adjacent cafe which was friendly and reasonably priced. The apartment itself was lovely…..spacious and well equipped. There were twin beds in bedroom and pull out bed that was made up on arrival in living area. The kitchen looked very new and has microwave, good hob, large fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster together with ample pots pans cutlery and crockery (although only two of some items, which wasn’t a problem). The bathroom was well kitted out with shower, wash basin,loo and bidet as well as ample cupboard space. There was a large safe at a cost of €2.50 per day and quiet but effective air conditioning. Also a washing machine, iron and board should it be needed. The balcony was quite small but nice and private. Rooms were serviced every other day with towel change and bedding changed every 4 days. The location was great, within a few minutes of Los Boliches and only 5 minutes from beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by. All of the staff were lovely…very helpful and friendly…..actually felt like we were in Spain rather than Britain with some sun. If self catering in this area again we would definitely return. Great location, short walk to every thing you need. Nice pool area with bar. Room was spacious abs spotless. AC was icy cold

First time here .clean but looking tired now .pool is really small and needs a really good clean .life guards spend more time on there phones then watching pool..most of the reception team very friendly would definitely recommend .being able to speake a few words in Spanish. On site cafe is brilliant and really well priced .but yet again being able to speak a few word in Spanish a great help .in my opinion would recommend anyone with walking or mobility problems not to use this hotel. I brought my mum here and she has to use mobility scooter and bad at walking .lifts take about a week to get between floor and recommended that one person at a time in lift .and you will have the lift get stuck on you at some point .it just set back from sea front so nice and quite .only 5 minutes walk from sea front and have two supermarkets very close .this is only my opinion from my stay
