The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Hotel staff was very friendly and kind. The room was very modern, stylish and clean also the location of the hotel was perfect!

Location is great especially for business traveller. Around 10 minutes walk to Opera House, 15 minutes walk to Central Train Station or city center. Room is neat and tidy with a spacious area, which is separated from the bed, that I can eat take away in the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Flag West M Frankfurt. The interior design is very modern and cozy. The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well!

Nice hotel and very clean, staffs were friendly

The hotel location was ideal, 5 - 10 min walking from city center and very close to a metro station. The room was clean and really practical with amenities and small details that make the difference. I extended my stay with one or two nights and the staff was really helpful and welcoming. The gym is functional with few machines and weights, there is a nice rooftop also. Only small remark that we cannot do anything about :D, the corridors look really austere and too dark.

+ Great location, modern design. -The panoramic window was dirty. No air fresher in WC, which is 1m distance from the bed. Not friendly receptionists

The experience was amazing on all levels. The service is always immaculate. I’ve stayed in the The Flag M Hotel every time I’ve visited Frankfurt. Since the first time I stayed in this hotel I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The facilities were outstanding. They met my very need.

Cons: Unreliable internet in the room so I would not stay at the hotel if you need to do videocalls, Teams meetings, etc from the quietnesses of your room No password needed for Internet Zero privacy in the shower, window with no curtain so other guests in the room will have full view of you Pros: Comfy and clean room Big desk to work, write, etc Good natural light Nice workspace downstairs Nespresso machine with coffee capsules renewed every day Nice counter to prepare breakfast Beautifully decorated I paid 80 euros per night for a double room, good value for money

沒見過比這家更差的酒店了，比快捷酒店都不如，入住就告訴你三天打掃一次衞生，三天衹給一瓶水，房間甚至沒有電話，想找前台要跑下樓。衞生間的垃圾桶那麼小，垃圾桶都滿了叫服務員和前台都沒有人來收，大無語簡直。

設施：房間設施很新，床頭還有藍牙音箱。房間也挺大的 衞生：衞生還挺乾淨的 環境：周邊環境也不錯，靠近火車站 服務：服務説實話一般，兩個人訂兩個房間還算不清楚城市税，扯半天，挺無語的。 整體來説，酒店還是不錯的。

房間十分好 住的還是是舒服的 周邊很安全 很多吃的 還有一家蛋糕店很好吃 但是如果注意你不説德語 説英文的話 打電話給酒店 可能會不接聽你的電話或者直接掛電話 （當然可能是特別的情況 其他的時候 比如入住的時候前台很友善 還是推薦這裏的

房間一切都滿舒適的..服務員也很熱情，地點靠近金融區比較安靜不過也很方便..我去市區都用行走的 雖然很靠近地鐵但行走可以欣賞沿途風景.大概25分鐘的路程而已.

房間非常fancy, 很有設計感。酒店附近很多著名企業，處於一個安靜而現代化的社區，早餐很好。
