We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, it was our little "home away from home" during our trip. The check in and check out process was very smooth, we felt warmly welcomed. There was a hiccup at the start of our stay and they changed our rooms when we raised our concerns, which the staff took seriously. We went to breakfast once, courtesy of the hotel, and the meal had a decent variety of hot and cold food. The hotel's gym is air-conditioned and has decent equipment, there was also a sauna but we didn't use it during the heatwave. There is a Rewe supermarket very close by, and you can access the tram and the S bahn very easily. In the room, the bed was large and comfortable, but the table was too small for 2 people to be working side by side. They also only had one chair in the room, so we took turns working at the desk. The bathroom is visible from the bedroom, they strangely decided on a glass installation between the bedroom and the bathroom, with only a string curtain for privacy. But the room was adequately spacious for 2 people for 2 weeks, and we liked the size of the bar fridge, we could keep milk and a few small items cool in it. I think the staff certainly did their best to make us feel comfortable and at home during our stay, it's just quite an old establishment that needs some upgrades, but that is really beyond the staff's responsibility, and more for management to consider. Also, for the height of summer, the reality is that most places in Germany do not have air-conditioning. We had a very weak air-con in our room, but at least it worked, and we could open the windows fully. We stayed at other hotels where there was no air-conditioning and couldn't open the windows either, and that really put into perspective what Mercure was able to offer us.

가족방문으로 묵게되었는데 에스반과 트램엳이 가까워 교통이 편리하고 아침 식사가 종류도 다양하고 만족스럽습니다. 직원들도 응대가 친절하고 전반적으로 가성비 좋은 호텔압니다 다음에도 이용할 생각이 있으며 주변 추천도 긍정적입니다.

前台態度很差，尤其是9號晚上那個，滿臉寫着不耐煩。明知我不會説德語，故意一而再再而三的跟我説德語。她旁邊的同事一次次提醒她。還嘰裏咕嚕的説一些，反正覺得我也聽不懂。 不建議入住 還有也不打掃，説兩天打掃一次，可能國外規矩吧

到達酒店那天週日，第二天德國啥節，所有超市都不開門，所以周邊也沒啥逛的，餐館開門。美居還行吧。

過來參展住的，房間挺不錯的，還有個小陽台，周圍也安靜，走一段路地下通道再過個馬路就到lidl超市了。 不過要注意，這家酒店同名的還有另外地方的，不要定錯了，靠近中央火車站那邊的，遍地都是尿騷味，還有很多奇奇怪怪的人在大街上。 按照我當時定的價格，我是強推這家，

房間有個小陽台還有免費膠囊咖啡和一瓶飲用水這個不錯，早餐品種挺豐富要22歐一人總體還可以，酒店地下室有停車庫但不便宜要二十幾歐一晚
