This hotel is located in a nice quiet area surrounded by mountains and a lake. That's all the positive things I can say about this hotel.
We booked a lake view executive room. The hotel staff checked me into a wrong room. Because of this mistake, we missed the nice sunset view from the room. Eventually they changed our room to the lake view, but they really know how to make guests feel "special" - they gave us a room right opposite another room that was undergoing renovation, with workers going in and out, with all the dust and noise. This hotel also does not keep the rooms cool when they're expecting incoming guests. They expect us to walk into a boiling hot room (36C outside) and start the aircon from the moment we walk in, so you can imagine what a terrible experience that was. Oh, and despite the 36C heat outside, the pool remains closed until mid-June as that's their policy. The hotel is very aged, and cleanliness inside the room could be a lot better.
