I would say that its is better than most well known hotels. Service was superb.

The hotel is convenient, clean, and the counter receptions are friendly

We had a pleasant stay in this family-themed room. The room was, clean, modern, and comfortable for our family. The panda-themed decorations and teepee tent created a lovely atmosphere, and the overall design was warm and welcoming. However, despite being marketed as a family room, there were no toys or interactive play items for children. Adding a small selection of toys or activity sets would make the experience even more enjoyable for young guests.

Good stay with friendly staff from cleaners to reception. Hotel feel luxurious.

Unable to check-in on time. We booked 3 rooms, they only managed to let us check-in for 2 rooms by 3.00pm. Another room has been delayed for check-in till 4.30pm. The rest are all good.

I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Hotel Foshan Shunde Qinghui Garden. The hotel is new, clean, and beautifully designed. Its location is excellent, directly opposite Qinghui Garden and within walking distance of Huagai Road’s food street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shunde for sightseeing and food hunting.
