Generally unsatisfied with the hotel & room. Bed was very firm, bathroom not very private located right beside the bed. Check out was at 12 on Saturday morning…. Maid service knocked on my door at 9 AM & again at 10 AM.

The vent in the room blows right on your face while in bed. It dried out our eyes and was very uncomfortable. The heat was no working in the room. It was 60 degrees when we arrived in the room. We had to call maintenance since it was not working and he came 25mins later. Needed extra towel and wash cloth and that took 40mins to receive. We love the feature of the hotel room keys only accessing the floor you are staying however, we were not given directions on how to use along with numerous others that were standing at the elevators.

The room was very clean. As for the service, terrible. Valet is very slow especially for $30 extra per day. “Smart” elevators — they have 2 smart elevators and only one worked at any given point in time. We waited for elevators for over an hour total during the duration of our 3 night stay. The elevators were so slow during check out hours that they were jam packed and uncomfortable. Staff did not seem concerned about the issue.

The rooms were nice and clean. Check-in was quick and pleasant.
However, the smart elevators were not working properly and took several minutes to "reset" and got stuck with the doors open on the lobby level.
I recommend vallet parking, as self park in the garage across the street is not actually max $25 for 24 hours as stated. When we left after staying one night they charged us $40. You might as well use hotel vallet for the price.

First, the area is PERFECT to everything in downtown Ft Worth. We loved the live music at night and the bar area in the hotel. We had a problem with them cleaning the room. I even checked that I wanted daily cleaning when I made the reservation. The strange thing is, that they came in to the room, got our dirty towels, but didn’t replace them, didn’t replace the coffee and cups, didn’t make the bed. We got home at midnight to a room with no towels. We did call the front desk and they quickly brought some. The shower floor area was in a need of better cleaning. The valet was perfect. Quickly got our car.

Friendly service. Walked into my hotel room and it was not the cleanest. I spoke with the front desk and they were very apologetic and speedily accommodated me. My room was upgraded and CLEAN.

Really nice clean rooms. Close to a few good food places and bars. We needed something close to the Bass Performance hall. Maybe a 7 minute walk
