I have been a repeat customer at this hotel many times over the last 2 years but this last visit felt like I was at a 1 star hotel.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

STAY AWAY!!! If I had an option I would give it negative stars. BEDBUGS!!! DIRTY, FILTHY, definitely a cheap motel feel. NASTY RUDE customer service, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

Wi-Fi password didn’t work had to be issued a new one. Circuit was broken in the bathroom. Had to wait a day to get it fixed so I couldn’t do my hair in front of a mirror. No outlets near the desk and chair to put a laptop. You need an extension cord. water took almost 8 minutes in the shower to heat up then it was only lukewarm. No room whatsoever around the bathroom sink to put different things you need to use. Absolutely no exceptions one towel only at the pool even if yours is drenched and wet you don’t get another one. we were laying at the pool, and by the time the sun moved and most of the pool area was in shade, we moved our chairs over near the cabanas. Several rude people that own the jet ski company said we were hindering their sale of cabanas, and they owned the space near the pool at the hotel, and we had to move and go sit in the shade. We couldn’t enjoy any sun. Very inconvenient that you can’t charge anything to your room card anywhere on property. Balcony area was dirty. Was told I had partial ocean view, and I was so far back I could barely even see the ocean. Just not a good experience and won’t stay there again. The only good thing was the staff was nice.
