Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking details should be clearly outlined at the time of reservation.... and I thought the umbrella fee was excessive on top of the resort fee in my opinion although not a future deterrent.

The worst hotel I ever been in! The housekeeper opens the door whenever they want with their key ! 4am the security come and knock the door!

Excellent service and cleanliness. Nice location 1.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd. Very recommended!

Our flight was canceled, and since we needed to stay over we were referred to Sonesta by a local. Beautiful and clean!

The beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The front desk personnel were very accommodating. Terrance the maintenance man was extremely helpful. And the wait staff at the restaurant - Amy, Angie and Marian were very pleasant and accommodating. They are an asset to your hotel

I booked a deluxe ocean view but got what I would call a deluxe parking lot view as room was on 2nd floor. Called front desk and receptionist offered to move me to a higher floor for a fee. ( I declined as I already was paying a total of 400$ CAD per night) . There were 3 elevators but only one was working during our stay. Waited for extended periods for elevator as hotel was busy. Apparently they give out an info sheet that notes you have to call front desk before midnight to request towel refills housekeeping etc for the next day. I never got that sheet though and wasn’t told about it when I checked in . Asked to have Toilet paper delivered which was done, however when I didn’t answer the door immediately the attendant left without leaving it outside the door so I had to call again. Also asked to have a luggage trolley sent up in the morning and was told I would have to call back in the morning to request it. There was a resort fee extra charge for the amenities …. However a note was slipped under the door saying the pool area would be closed from 3-7 for a private function… so much for an afternoon swim or sun bathing on the deck of the pool! Finally upon check out I was neither asked how my stay was nor thanked for my patronage….. not impressed with overall stay! Won’t return ! A huge disappointment for my first time at this hotel …. You know what they say “first impressions are lasting impressions “

Front desk staff was not friendly. The cost of "resort fee" is not stated on the website anywhere that I can see for things that most hotels offer without a "fee" such as wifi, pool towels, access to fitness center. I was issued a small card at check in and in the lightest color print that states the fee amount. This important information was not stated clear on the website and added $184 dollars to my trip ($46 a day with tax) this also included beach chairs whether I needed beach chairs or not or if I had a late check in. Bathroom could have been cleaner as floor had hair all behind the door.

We really enjoyed our stay, nice facilities, very clean, staff are very friendly. Conveniently located, can walk everywhere, including the beach across the street!

The hotel is nice but very noisy with next room, we couldn’t even sleep. Beach fee is too much, plus no one informed us when we reserved the hotel. The breakfast is so so no variety.

Great people. Very courteous staff. Very much affordable. Several dining options within walkable distance. Just across the street from beach.

Wasn't bad for what we paid. But the bathrooms didn't have fans & the restaurant was very overpreicd! (Great food next door though). Also the pool was "heated" but I cannot confirm by any means that it actually was.
