Overall everything was great! The villa we booked looked much better in real life than in pictures. We also asked using trip.com for some additional things such as wine glasses, and the hotel really gave them to us! Everything was clean, hot springs were very nice and relaxing, and there were much less people than we expected. We also asked stuff to help us with some things, and they gave us additional water bottles, so everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Jenny. We really enjoyed our stay!

I visited children to enjoy hot springs. The facilities that children can play very well👍 Some hot spring water isn't clean. Hotel prepare various kinds of breakfast. The staff Jacky has guided us as a great English. Thanks to his help, we were able to use the hotel comfortably. Big thank you Jacky👍

It was very pleasant stay for a family. There is a lot of entertainment for the family. There are plenty of hot spring pools in the area, Lester park, and various playgrounds. It is definitely worth visiting and staying. We are looking forward to come here again in winter! Front desk staff and all the workers are very helpful and friendly. Buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious ! Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay!

Very Good

We stayed in the villa room the first night as we were travelling with kids and elderly. As the villa is not available on the 2nd night so we changed to two hotel rooms for the 2nd night. We enjoyed the villa room a lot more as the other hotel room booked for the elderly has a strong smoking smell even at the corridor. The hotel should strictly impose non-smoking floors. Overall kids enjoy the amenities but there were a lot people smoking at the hotel lobby. What we didn't like the most and for the low rating is that at the Chinese restaurant of the hotel, we deliberately asked the staff if the restaurant allows smoking or not and they said they have non-smoking policy. However, the table next to us had 2 men smoking. Though we raised this to the staff and they reminded the other guests, there was no use and they continued to smoke so we had to finish quickly. This was such a non pleasant experience.

All ok, but area is very expensive to eat and drink. One little 270 ml Budweiser beer is 12

good for kids, food is also good, and the location is so far from town, self diving is better. But the room decoration is old.

Room is spacious. Beds in two bed suite are large enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. The water park, playground, and hot spring are adjacent.

Beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and comfortable rooms. Plenty of things to do, many hot springs to chose from, delicious food. Great experience for me and my wife I definitely recommend this place. Mr Cai Xiaowei was really helpful and ready to solve our needs in English.
