It’s a guest house, nice and decent but first you need to contact the staff to get the access code for entry otherwise you would waste time on waiting. 5-10 mins walk to most attractions

Interesting guest house and easy access to laundramat.

房間挺好的，很大也很新，地理位置也好，距離火車站走幾分鐘就到了，餐廳商店也是10分鐘步行路程。但是隔音實在太差了……整個晚上都有聲音，而且感覺聲音離得很近，像是睡在大街上。。不過酒店有配耳塞

屬於半自助式的Hotel, 房主會給電子鎖密碼，可以提前放行李過去，離飯店和中央市場很近，房間很乾淨寬敞，推薦！

This hotel is really well placed if you’re travelling by train, literally round the corner from the main station in Florence. The rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is a lift if you’re travelling with luggage. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and toiletries. There were even a few different bottles of wine in the room with wine glasses priced between €10-€15 which we thought was a really nice touch. Our room had a small balcony too which was lovely to sit on with a drink. The area around the building is pretty busy due to its location to the train station, so you could hear some noise from outside, but it didn’t really affect us. If you’re sensitive to it though I’d recommend bringing earplugs. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location was just 3mins cross to the Train Station Florence SM Novella. It was a guest house but better than other 3 star hotel. The toiletries was unexpected and the room was spacious and the welcome coffee and water was an added extra points as well. I never expected to have that on a guesthouse apartment.

Room was large and spacious but could stand to be cleaned a bit better. Floor was dusty and made our socks dirty. There were free drinks available and that was a very thoughtful touch. The bedding was dirty/stained sadly and we found multiple cigarette burns, even though the room said no smoking. Bathroom was nice but enough hot water. Overall it was okay and I’d likely stay again. :)

Room was good, not as big as I wanted, but pictures are real... service was great, I didn´t expected... and regarding area... it is not the nicest place in Florence but you can get use to it. Also Florence is small city, so you can go by walking to any point of interest in the city. Getting out is an advantage since it is 2 blocks away of Santa Maria Novela train station

We are taking Appolo from our list of accommodations in Florence. The very complicated check in on line. It took more than 12 text massages between lazy property owner and us, him not willing to come in and accommodate us spoiled our entry to Florence. We did not like the mini bath squeeze under the stairway, bathroom windows with see thru curtains, complex ( about 5-6 rooms) entrance door slamming all night , hot and muggy hallway with ac shot down, inadequate room and bedding cleaning etc.

The check in process was very easy, the accomdation clean and spacious with the bathroom facilities very modern and perfect for a boutique stay. We stayed with our children in the family room and the bunk beds worked very well. We had one small issue which the host helped resolve within minutes. We'd definately stay when we return to Florence.
