An amazing hotel located in the centre of Florence overlooking a beautiful Piazza surrounded by restaurants excellent shopping and to die for sightseeing attractions. For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well. Not a cheap hotel by any means but well worth the money

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. Unfortunately, the room we had didn't have any view apart from some rooftops. However, we were out most of the time enjoying the food, drinks, and sights of the cobbled streets of the town.

The reception is very good service mind and very helpful. The room is clean and much bigger than the normal room in Florence. Will definitely come back again.

Grand Hotel Minerva is closed to the Florence train station. The hotel is classy and the staff are very professional. Rooms are clean & nice view of the town center. Bedding are comfortable and breakfast spread is great. Enjoyed my 1 night stay in this hotel.

It was our Honeymoon travel We were so satisfied with this perfect hotel Room condition was so nice and beautiful Inside of hotel was like museum And every where in minerva was photo spot I really enjoyed breakfast also Every tour spot was nearby It was so good to hang out I definitely can say that this hotel Is the best in firenze italy

Poor hotel no service or attentional for detail on the room allocation. No in room code or tea or even water.

Great hotel with a perfect location. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast spread is good, would rate perfect if you cater more to Asia travellers. After 1 week in Italy, we do miss some Asia breakfast spread. My family love the cozy area on the top floor.

Convenient location close to the main train station and Duomo. Lovely view across the city from the rooftop bar and pool. Rooms are small and the storage space are peculiar racks in some rooms.

Great hotel that is very well located, its within walking distance of all the most famous places in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lobby of the hotel is beautiful. We found the room and the bed in particular very comfortable. The food served in the breakfast is very good. Our only suggestion is to improve the wifi service, the internet was very slow and sometimes it disconnected. Everything else was perfect, we definitely recommend it.
