Customer service was very poor. We were promised help in getting a local cab from the airport but got no answer (from the 24-hour reception) when we called looking for the cab. So we had to wait 45minutes at 3am to get a cab. On arrival we were told breakfast would run until 10:30am which was welcome after our Kate arrival. On arriving down at 10:25, a rather rude staff member told us breakfast finished at 09:30 and only relented when we said what we’d been told at 3:30am. We also got hit for city taxes even though the booking (on Agoda) said the payment included all taxes. We won’t be back.
This hotel was very good overall. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and friendly. We arrived 3 hours before check-in time, and they still got us a room. Not only that, the receptionist changed our room to a much better room on a lower floor because there would be a party on the fifth floor of the hotel, so that the noise would not bother us. They provide a shuttle to the airport for 7 euro per person, very inexpensive and with good service. Our room had a balcony from which we could see the Tyrrhenian Sea and the activity on the port. The food in the vicinity is wonderful. We ate at Il Moro and bought bread at Panificio Tevere, both highly recommendable! I would stay at this hotel for sure if I returned to Fiumicino.
Super disappointed for that price(400 euro per night)
Furniture was old. Some weird smell in the room.
The window was super small and facing some wall or garage.
Staff was slow and when I double checked something after having a 13h flight - he laughed at me
Don’t recommend it!
This hotel is FAR from being a 5-star hotel. I’d give it 2 stars at most. I had a TERRIBLE experience. The rooms are very outdated. The floors are dirty, my pillow was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, and the room was extremely small. Plus, the air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. I stayed here one night during the summer and it was so hot inside the room I could not sleep at all. And customer service is 0/10, breakfast and dinner were horrible as well. Overall, very bad experience and highly overpriced. Do not stay here!!!
We were at the Corsi Hotel, also called Best Western Corsi, in May 2023. The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and very response. Breakfast was great and a couple of good restaurants are within a walking distance. There is a train station within 10 minutes drive that takes you to Rome, which is about 40 minutes from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed the place.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis place provided a great two bedroom suite for three of us to rest our weary heads! It might not work well for all travelers of 3 because the access to the bathroom was through the smaller bedroom. The owner speaks English and was very accommodating. He was so kind and helpful. The room we were in was within a locked gate making us feel very secure. I was delightfully surprised when I initially walked in the room. The shower was bigger than most that we experienced in Italy. Dining in the walkable area is limited but doable. A/C in each room worked well. Refrigerator had to be turned on when we arrived but worked fine. TV in the main bedroom. It is located on a side street but because of it's proximity to the airport the planes fly very low overhead.
