We like the food selection for the buffet breakfast and loved how attentive the staff are. The moment we arrived the wait staff was there to guide us to our table and asked for our hot drinks right away. At the hot station someone approached us to take our order and how we want our eggs done; a very friendly Mr. Ajith (hope I got his name correctly). He would politely ask us if there’s anything else we want or need. The wait staff ladies would always check if we want some more drinks and take away our empty plates. Would appreciate if they will smile a lot though. Front Desk staff are friendly too. Would love to come again. Kudos to the management and staff.

Nice place and clean. Saroj Purna Sodu was helping every one. Rest room very clean and organize, buffet as well. Only one thing needs to add from the buffet are fruits .

We went here for Korean buffet. Food and buffet varieties was excellent.Ambiance with live music was lovely. Thank you Pem, choder and godfrey for your service, they were very friendly and accommodating..

It is a nice hotel and well maintained ,the food was good. And liked the coffee machines, and al seif ballroom was neat and well organized

I had a wonderful experience at Safir Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and served fresh. The ambiance is warm, clean, and inviting, perfect for both casual and family dining. A special mention goes to Khopipah, one of the staff members who truly made our visit even more enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional. Always smiling and quick to assist, Khopipah made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. Highly recommend Safir Restaurant if you're looking for great food and excellent service. Definitely coming back again!

Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail made the whole experience incredibly smooth and pleasant. Every interaction felt genuine, and they went out of their way to ensure everything was handled with care. It was really good and nice to see such dedication and commitment in the way they worked. The team’s hard work, quick responses, and overall support made a strong impression on us. We genuinely appreciate their efforts and would happily recommend their service to others looking for a reliable and positive experience.

Everything was good, including the ambience, the staff services except only the food… i suggest to improved the standard taste of the food… i just wanna say thank you to Miss Omega Paz😊 That’s all thank u😊😊
