The linen had marks on and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting actually just the shower grime all around the sides I emailed the village hotel I booked 2 rooms and both showers where the same I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work asked and waited for someone to come and no one came I ordered breakfast was so dissatisfied no fresh fruit no fresh fruit drinks just carton juice which tasted disgusting I don’t eat pork so I was limited to what I could eat and there was children handling the bread with no adults so toast was off I paid £12.50 for hash brown egg and beans

All.good lovely big queen bed air conditioning plenty of parking big bar with big screens for football food served all day you can play darts go swimming sauna jacuzzi gym you can get a bus outside hotel filton village hotel to city centre

First and last time staying at this joke of a hotel. When booking the room, I had asked for one at the very end of the corridor as I'm a light sleeper. I do however appreciate that this cannot always be accommodated. Upon check-in I was given an accessible room with an interconnecting door half way down the corridor. This is a room type I hadn't asked for. The young lady on reception was extremely rude, impolite and frankly abrasive and unprofessional. She claims that all accessible rooms are seen as standard rooms despite booking websites giving the option of accessible ones. I had a bad nights sleep due to constant footfall past the room and of course noise coming from the adjoining room through the interconnecting door which may as well have not been there. A word of warning for anyone booking a room at the weekend. Don't pay extra for the parking and leisure facilities package which was around an extra £20. It turns out that parking at weekends is free and use of the leisure facilities is around £5. This is not made clear on the website and is not only mercenary but somewhat dishonest. The location is not great with nowhere nearby within walking distance to get an evening meal unless you want to pay over the odds whilst sitting in the bar area which has music and TV sports volume turned up so loudly it is like being at a match or gig.

Decent size room. Nice bathroom modern look. Nice sized bed too. Pool and gym onsite for extra charge but worth it

Enjoyed the stay, it is always a great place to stay.

we arrived around 2am which was no problem, the room was tidy and spacious. we did have to pay for parking but easy enough

Overall a good experience. Clean room and facilities. Free parking on weekend which is a bonus.
