โรงแรมใกล้กับ Parque Reina Sofia, เฟร์รอล

(+) Nada (-) A media hora de llegar tuvimos una gotera en la habitación, al llamar a recepción nos dijeron que era normal que no pasaba nada. A la noche, al llegar a la habitación el AACC hacía un ruido horrible, así que toda la estancia sin ponerlo. Uno de los armarios estaba roto, también dimos parte y lo vieron normal. Las cortinas de la habitación son más pequeñas que las ventanas, así que entra toda la luz de las farolas de noche y la claridad de día. Un día pedimos un vaso de leche para el niño, y nos cobraron 4,5€. Lo peor de todo es que el hotel no dispone de cargador de vehículo eléctrico y tiene todos los enchufes del parking anulados, pero igualmente en la factura final nos han echo un cargo de 15€ por ese concepto. Sé que cogimos una buena oferta en Booking, pero eso nos les da derecho a ponerte en una habitación que debería estar cerrada por mantenimiento ni a cobrarte por cargos que no están publicados en su tarifa, ni por servicios que no pueden dar.

We stayed for 8 nights in October. The GOOD: 1. Great location, in a quiet residential area with easy access & parking. Walking distance to a beach, clifftop walks & supermarket. About 15 minutes' walk to Santa Cruz with a good selection of restaurants. 2. The renovated room was well furnished, bright & spacious with a kitchenette. 3. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a spacious, walk in shower & basic toiletries were supplied. 4. Everything is spotless. 5. The breakfast is plentiful, choice of Nespresso coffees, fresh juices, fruit & hot options. The NOT SO GOOD: 1. The soundproofing is not great - our room was on the first floor & we were woken by noise from rooms above. We were also directly next to the gym which can be used from 07.00 - 22.00. One evening we heard a very loud, regular thumping sound which was travelling right through into our bedroom & reverberating through the floor, which is wooden. When I investigated, there was a small exercise class in progress & they were bouncing heavy medicine balls onto the floor... ! Although there was rubber matting on the floor, it certainly should not be allowed. I subsequently learned that this was ”the slam ball manoeuvre” as I looked it up on Youtube. On another occasion we were woken just after 07.00 by someone using a piece of equipment which is attached DIRECTLY behind our bedroom wall. It has webbing straps & metal fittings which once let go, can ping against the wall. That equipment should definitely be sited elsewhere or removed. 2. Although both flat screen TVs had numerous channels I was surprised that not one is in English although there were one or two channels in French & German. This didn't spoil our stay but a news channel at least would have been appreciated. 3. The kitchenette came in handy a couple of times, it's not particularly well equipped. I was sad to see that previous guests have been cutting directly onto the worktop which is only plastic covered chipboard. We did bring all these points to the attention of the reception staff so I hope the management take note of our constructive criticism as it will improve their guest experience in future. TIPS: 1. Pick your room carefully, preferably on the top floor to avoid noise disturbance.

เราจองที่นั่นเพื่อเยี่ยมชมเมือง Coruna ฉันกลัวว่ามันจะเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในฤดูร้อน แต่เราพบเมืองท่าที่น่ารื่นรมย์และผ่อนคลายมาก โรงแรมหันหน้าไปทางทะเลและสนามกีฬาบางแห่ง สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวด้านหน้ามีเสียงดังบ้าง แต่แยกจากกันได้ดีด้วยหน้าต่างมองคู่ โรงแรมยังอยู่ห่างจากท่าเรือประมงโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาที ระหว่างเดินนั้นคุณจะพบกับร้านอาหาร บาร์ และสถานที่ไอศกรีมมากมาย ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นสงบมากแม้ในฤดูร้อนและกว้างขวางมาก โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถใต้ดิน แต่เรามักจะพบสถานที่ฟรีบนถนนใกล้เคียง บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าตอบสนองความต้องการของเรา การเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจมาก

We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel. Only wondering why it has only 4 stars…..?! The design is incredible, everything very well thought of and in an overall clean and tidy state. We enjoyed having breakfast in the room as the views couldn’t be better. The restaurant “Olas” was very delicious with very attentive and friendly staff. We would always choose this hotel again. The walks along the seaside and to the castle are unforgettable.

This hotel has a perfect location, not far from the airport and also walking distance to the beach and the center. The rooms are small, you can hear the noise from streets, I was unlucky to find very dirty glasses and the cleanliness of the room was in general average. Also nothing crazy, it was ok for the night. You have some amenities in a room and also a minibar. Breakfast on the other hand was very good! Also the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel was good only for a short stay.

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมนี้งดงามมากเพราะเดิน 2 นาทีจากทุกสิ่ง: ชายฝั่งยาว, จัตุรัสมาเรียปิตา, เมืองเก่า, มอลทะเล, ถนนที่มีสถานที่มากมายที่สามารถทําทาปาสวิเศษและอื่น ๆ ตลาดและชายหาดของออร์ซาน สถานที่ที่ห่างไกลที่สุดคือหอคอย Hercules ซึ่งสามารถเข้าถึงได้โดยการเดินเล่นที่สวยงามริมทะเลประมาณ 25 นาที โรงแรมเพิ่งปรับปรุงใหม่ ยังใหม่มาก ทุกอย่างสะดวกสบายมาก Belen ที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นมืออาชีพที่จะแสดงให้ฉันเห็นสิ่งที่ควรเยี่ยมชมบนแผนที่พร้อมเสมอและยิ้มแย้มคุณยังสามารถใช้ขวดน้ําฟรีในห้องโถงตู้เย็น หากคุณมาถึงช้าและแผนกต้อนรับปิด อย่ากังวลกับนาฬิกาที่จะเปิดประตูและคุณจะเช็คอินด้วยจอภาพสด !
