The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall with many shops such as a Sephora, and even a supermarket! Only a 5 min walk away, and the main town is very accessible too with lots to do! If you stay in Ferrara, this is definitely the hotel to choose!"

"I have stayed at the hotel once before and was disappointed at the time that only could stay 1 night, so was nervous that the lovely experience last year might not be as good, would say this time was more 9/10 rather than ten. A couple of the staff where brisk, and check out nearly missed my train as took nearly 10 min to check out person before me! The room as well was 9 out of ten, was on road sude and led to traffic noise so looses a point , and not sure what was happening with the hot water when tried to run a bath, water was a very peculiar colour and put me off. It is less than 10 min walk from station and brisk 10-15 min to old part of town. Breakfast great selection, the female staff member was great, fast and efficient and made great coffee."

"The only positive point is the proximity to the centre, and the welcome was not just a pleasant thing: the lady that received us was visiblely angry, and when we had difficulty finding the parking, she re-connected the phone to our face. The room was inviable, with an insuportable humidity and warmth that made it impossible to sleep; although we had turned off the heat at midnight, after just an hour, the situation was not improved. The guests of the nearby rooms (probably students) made noise at 3 o'clock, going and coming from the car next to our bed. As if it was not enough, the continuous lock of the door they opened and closed made the whole thing even more annoying."
