This spectacular property lies in the south east of Mallorca, in Felanitx and welcomes 10 people. The exteriors are beautiful. The most distinguishing detail of this nice villa is the private, 9.7 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m. There is a porch with BBQ and bread oven, where you can enjoy large dinners. Additionally, there is another porch and one terrace on each floor. The plot has a well-kept garden with fruit trees and a fish tank. The 300 m2 house is distributed over two floors and has six bedrooms, two on the ground floor with two single beds each, and four on the first floor, two with double beds and two with a single bed each. A cot and a high chair are available. There are four bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the first floor with shower and three on the ground floor, all with shower. The living room is very cosy and has a large sofa, a small table and TV-Sat.
