The hotel was nice, the service was good, up the standards and especially for the price and the breakfast was also good as well.

The hotel was easy to find and in a great location right in the heart of the old town. It’s about an 8-10 minutes walk to the marina, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The room was tidy and comfortable, although it wasn’t cleaned during our stay, so it seems you may need to request housekeeping if you want it. Breakfast was quite simple with just the basics. We also appreciated the 12 pm check-out, as it gave us a bit more time to rest before our afternoon trip.

Hotel was simple and fine for a shot city break to Faro. Room was clean however showing signs of wear and tear.

Great stay. Room was spacious and staff were friendly. Central location. The shower head in my room was faulty which affected water pressure.

The price is affordable. A little bit smelly but overall everything is as expected.

One of the best hotel

My friend and I were sleeping from about 4:30 to 5 a.m. yesterday. I was awakened by the knocking on the door of two strange men speaking English. They kept knocking many times for at least five minutes, while the two were talking loudly at the same time. I don't think this is a prank. I think they have other intentions. Among the many rooms, they only knocked on our doors. When we checked in yesterday, only the people in our room saw us come out of it. The man's behavior at that time was very strange. Before we were about to open the door, we heard him open it several times repeatedly. Then as soon as we opened the door, he also opened it very quickly and said sorry, as if to confirm who was living opposite. Now it seems that he and his companions thought we were foreign girls. I don't know if they knocked on the door to scare us or just to break in. I felt that our personal safety was under threat, so much so that I was in a state of terror all night and couldn't fall asleep. After the incident, I attempted to contact the front desk by email from trip. I had no idea which number to call to contact the front desk either. And in that situation, we didn't dare to make a sound at all, fearing that they would take even more crazy actions. This morning and this afternoon, I explained the course of events to the front desk twice, but your staff actually said that they might have knocked on the wrong door. First of all, they are also residents. Why did they knock on the door when they have room cards? Secondly, if they knocked on the wrong door, why did they keep knocking repeatedly for so long? This was a very bad stay experience, which caused harm to both our bodies and minds. My companion herself suffers from neurasthenia. After being woken up, she was extremely frightened and couldn't catch her breath. Moreover, during the trip today, due to lack of rest, her mental state was damaged and she accidentally fell down several times. So we hope that you can verify through monitoring and provide a handling result and corresponding compensation measures as soon as possible. I send the email to the company，but it‘s been two days already，there is no any message.

Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable. The room heater was not working, making the room extremely cold during winter. There was also a very loud noise coming from the air conditioner; this was reported to the staff, but no action was taken. The room itself is very small, and the shower area in the bathroom is also quite cramped. While the hotel is affordable, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. That said, the receptionists were kind and polite, which was appreciated.

Great hotel. Inexpensive and in the middle of faro.

I enjoyed nothing about this stay, total waste of money. Aircon didn't work and just leaked water so bad I used the kettle to collect the water. sink wouldn't hold water to shave. Carpet hadn't even been cleaned. Shower randomly dropped water loudly in the night. Had a used towel with brown lines on it 🤮 Breakfast was cold and the selection was pathetic for someone who is vegan. I reported to reception and her reply was to joke and say I had ghosts with all the activities. Think I'd have rather tried a hostel. Avoid the lift, I swear it was made and put together by 5 year olds. I have everything on video. My advice is read the bad reviews and you'll see a pattern forming.

Excellent location and a comfortable double room. It would be nice to have some bathroom accessories such as a toothbrush cup.

It is a budget hotel. Perfect for few nights if you are not looking for something fancy. They could improve the cleaning
