Lovely B&B in the heart of Falmouth. This is everything you expect of a Cape Cod Inn. Lovely older home furnished in vintage style. Comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful innkeepers. Amazing breakfasts. Easy walking to Falmouth center. It is also just a 5 minute drive to the Ferry Parking which makes it a great jumping off point for a visit to Martha’s Vineyard.

Amazing experience. The room (the Robert Frost) was so beautiful and comfortable. So much attention to detail everywhere (bath salts for the jetted tub, welcome snacks, robe). Breakfast was incredible. All staff was friendly and helpful. My only regret is I only booked 1 night. I can’t wait to return.

The inn is just beautiful. Original stained glass windows, lovely Victorian touches throughout. Nice front porch and beautiful gardens. Easy to walk to the shores and restaurants, which are terrific. Innkeepers are nice and helpful, though a bit reticent.

Palmer House is a lovely Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. There is the main house and the guest cottage. We stayed in one of the rooms in the guest cottage. It was a large room with a king size comfortable bed. The bedding was also very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and the shower was a large walk in. The property was lovely with beautiful gardens. The guest cottage had a wrap around porch with plenty of seating to enjoy. Which we did! Delicious fresh baked goods and coffee and tea were available in the main house. The property and rooms were clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Beach towels were provided. The Inn was within walking distance of downtown. I highly recommend this inn and we will definitely stay here again.

This is not only a beautiful Cape Cod New England B&B it is managed at the highest degree of Hospitality. Owners Billy Brown and Tom van Zabern and their staff are delightful hosts. Their property is lovely and located in a simple walking distance to the quaint town of Falmouth MA.

What a delightful B&B made very memorable by all of the warm hospitality. I arrived late so special arrangements had been made to ensure that I had access to the room that was lit and welcoming when I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had many extras including lots of lovely bathroom amenities, coffee, tea, biscuits, local travel brochures and magazines and writing paper. Afternoon tea was on offer every day and homemade cookies were left out for late-night snackers. Breakfast was cooked to order, served promptly and was simply outstanding. Leave some extra time in your plans to just sit on this beautiful veranda after breakfast and enjoy the garden. The owners of this B&B have set high standards for hospitality and it was a pleasure to stay there. I would make a special trip to Falmouth, a charming town, just to stay at this B&B.

Used Palmer House Inn for our base whilst spending g 4 days in Cape Cod. Really attentive staff and comfortable big rooms that also dished up a great breakfast. Short walk to a range of restaurants and shopping… Probably take about 20 mins to walk to beach

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Palmer House Inn to celebrate our anniversary. Mary at the front desk was very helpful in answering questions in advance of our visit. The location is easily walkable to the village as well as the bus to Woods Hole to catch the ferry to MV. Breakfast each of the 3 days was delicious, we especially enjoyed the french toast. The innkeepers Billy and Tom were present and engaging with their guests, we had a wonderful conversation with Tom the morning of our departure. I would recommend Palmer House to anyone visiting the area.

We very much enjoyed the inn. The breakfasts were great, and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The location is near the downtown with lots of shopping and places to eat. We went on the Shining Sea Bikeway which is just blocks away plus the inn is located less than a block away from an excellent bike shop which rents bikes.
