去年聖靈日和幾組家庭一起來了,覺得對我們的小狗很友好,今年又組織了5組家庭來住了2晚,直到第二天的晚餐時間,餐廳有位男服務員過來請我們帶着狗坐到外面去,如果狗不能在餐廳裏面的話,請你們寫到酒店介紹中,我們可是特意選擇的可以帶寵物的酒店,應該是寵物友好的吧,這次發生這樣的事,我們不會再選擇你們酒店,去年我們也來住了3晚並沒有讓我們去外面用餐,這次前面2天也都很正常。那麼熱的天,我們小狗的腳已經被燙傷了,還不讓我們到室內用餐,有點不合情理

Чистота - неплохо было, но мы заехали в номер, где на полу валялась зубочистка (не наша, а предыдущих гостей), ее никто не убрал до конца нашего отпуска. Мы ее специально на середину убрали.  Месторасположение - от города далековато, но мы приехали отдыхать в тишине, так что это не проблема, но от аэропорта добираться долго (около 1,5-2 часов) Сам отель немного хуже, чем на картинках - ковры в холле и на этаже грязные, закатанные, постоянно мигают и перегорают лампочки. Отель маленький, бассейн без подогрева, горки не работали. В целом было бы неплохо, если бы не одно но - молодой человек, который сидел на ресепшене. Смеялся нам в лицо открыто, говорил на отвали, когда подходили с вопросами/проблемами, видели закатывающие глаза и с цоканьем «опять вы/что у вас опять случилось». В общем, такое отношение очень отталкивало и мы просто боялись уже ходить мимо ресепшена и «выслеживали», когда там не будет этого молодого человека. Зато девушки, сидящие там же, очень милые. Ответят, подождут, помогут. Спасибо им!

This hotel is great for a relaxing break. The staff are so polite and courteous. It is very clean and comfortable. We are here in October and the weather is in the high 20’s. There are various activities to take part in if that’s what you want to do but no pressure if you don’t

We did not book this hotel but, like a number of English holidaymakers, were transferred from others we presumed were closed as the season staggered to an end. We were lucky as we had 36 hours’ notice: others were told on arrival at Athens airport! As this had given us time to read the reviews on TripAdvisor, we were quite concerned at what we would find but I’m pleased to say it was a wholly positive experience. We were in bungalow 426, a clean, comfy base. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, as were all front-line members. The hotel was quiet - certainly not much more than one-third full - and this was to our advantage. There were no queues at meal times, no dishes ran short, and most were warm, if not always hot. Served buffet-style, the menu was pretty stable but we managed a different combination on six occasions. The standard was good and we were very pleased. With so few residents, there were plenty of free sun beds around the pool and on the beach; whilst the music was non-stop, the volume was appropriate, unobtrusive and from our era - the ‘60s and early ‘70s!! The town is a twenty minutes stroll away along the beach front with a wide range of shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and, in similar circumstances, would recommend in to all.

Nice hotel if you are french but as an English family we have taken our parents to experience their 1st all inclusive holiday we were supposed to be at the Amaronda resort but we only found out we were moved to Brown Beach on arrival at Athens airport which was scary. The bar and restaurant staff have been lovely but it is a shame the entertainment is only aimed for the french. We feel like second class citizens. As English guests it makes us feel very awkward. We left the entertainment earlier last night as they continued to play french songs and tonight we wasn't even invited to the entertainment in the conference room.

The hotel is great and the food is very good. I also want to express my gratitude for Anastasia U. I had two massages with her and it was perfect. She is very attentive and kind specialist. The best massage. I will definitely be back next year for vacation. The constant lack of towels, a little spoiled the opinion of the service

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. Since we are a family of 4, we paid a lot of money for a suite, although the sofa was the same as in the 3 bed room, but the hotel did not allowed to stay there. The sofa offered for the kids was very uncomfy. The website of the hotel is nice and we thought they will give anything for this money. But behind these was no service from the hotel. The facility is nice and clean. on their website the offer slides, Ninja park, wibit, but it's not part of AI basis, cost extra money, what is specious. The ladies at the reception, they are really awful. If I wanted to ask something, they did not recognised me, just turned away. I don't know, whether they did not speak English or didn't wanted to help. There was only a men, who helped me. The food was OK, but it was not easy to find a table. If you found one, you needed to clean it for yourself. The staff in the restaurant at the bar and our cleaning lady was very-very kind, I liked them. So a huge thank you for all. And also a huge thank you for Pierre Angel and his team. Our suncreme was stolen, we could not buy any in the hotel and they gave us some left cremes from their storage. Parties were also good, and Pierre Angel helped us a lot. We could borrow some games from him, etc

A great place, a fabulous getaway not far from Athens. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is definitely not a typical all-inclusive hotel with crowds and noise everywhere, instead it is more like a boutique hotel with comfortable beach sunbeds, nice music, and VERY friendly staff. The service was excellent from the first moment we arrived until we left. It is also very clean hotel, both the rooms and the public areas. We can’t wait to be back.

Let me start by the end of our trip. I have neveer checked out from a hotel after one weel stay without the reception asking me how was our stay or wishing a safe return home. And this summarizes all I have to say regarding the hotel mindset in managing their guests. The hotel is clearly understaffed and that can be noted in different ways. The young staff around the pool and beach work hard to deliver drinks and snacks during the day. The pool bar usually had only 2 hardworking people to serve all the guests, which makes you wait sometimes 20 minutes for a drink. On a side note, cocktails were delicious but they are the same throughout the week. No different choices to be made. If you want different drinks, the word "extra" comes immediately. Pizzas during afternoon is a great touch by the hotel. The beach and the sea are excellent. Note that the sand beach is small so do not expect long walks by the sea, but all the furniture at the beach and around the pool and garden are good and sufficient for all the guests. That was the highlight of all week. The sea was perfect. Activities in the water (one hour per day) were good. The outdoor gym is actually a nice touch and there are 2 table tennis for guest use. Unfortunately the table tennis rackets are in such a state that could only be used for a fire (literally in wood…), which is an indication how the hotel operates. And although two table tennis available, there were only two rackets to play. During our stay, my wife was always on time and ready for the morning exercise (Pilates or yoga). The hotel failed four out of seven days. One of days the instructor actually did not appear and no one seems to care even after reporting. Rooms are small sized but comfortable and with a balcony, which is a must. Cleaning is spotless and we have appreciated that as it was only one person doing the cleaning. Very, very efficient and hard worker. Be aware that when you shower there will be water all over the small bathroom. There is no full protection in the shower deck, which makes it somehow danger after showering due to slippery. The rooms soundproofing is poor and we had terrible experiences, either with loud guests screaming in the room (not children, adults) at night, which the hotel tried to manage it and we had one terrible experience. We were located in rooms that had just outside a pump that worked all night during one specific night. We have complained during dinner time to reception (so around 20H), called from the room after dinner (twice) and actually the hotel did nothing to stop it. The result was one full night without sleeping for all the family. Thank you Brown Beach for that! In the following day, after my morning complain to the reception, the hotel manager apologized and informed us that they had a problem with the pump. A 25 minute massage was offered, which was nice, but that does not replace the careless for our complaints in the night before. It was only needed to shut down the pump and

I have just spent one the best holiday week in BH Eretria! I don’t even know by what to start?? I think 5* could be granted to this place as they are so dedicated to make every moment unique. We can feel this good energy from every staff members. Even the director is always around , office door always open and paying attention to every little details. Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful , very cozy and well decorated. I love the plants everywhere and the gardens outside are blooming. It’s the perfect location if you wanna just rest for few days. The pool is very closed to the beach. The food @ the buffet + all the snacks during the day were very yummy, and all the cocktails were perfect! I travelled with my kids and for the first time I could have some real free time for me. The team was playing a lot with them, proposing a lot of activities during day and night. All the team members are doing their best caring for the guests making sure they feel happy. I was impressed and I wanted to share this because I will defenetly tout back to that place!!! We had a nice stay at Brown Beach resort but it is overpriced for what it offers and does not feel 4 stars. The room was small but well decorated and clean. The pool area was lovely and lots of space (in late September) and directly on the beach. The sports activities were great to use once a day and good selection at drinks at the pool bar. However the food at the resort was very disappointing. Only 1 room for all 3 meals and no table service, so you had to get your own drinks from the bar. The food itself was very basic (chips, dry meat, unfresh salad). Would often see the same dish at several meals. They only had 1 bar open by the pool and no inside bar for the whole week we were there. We had no water or electricity for a whole day too due to local works. We did not get out trip to the next door water park as this was closed for 3 days at the end of our trip. There are no local services so you really have to stay in the resort. Staff were friendly and overall a nice resort, but we won’t be visiting again.

In general everything was perfect. I really enjoyed it being there. The hotel was clean and it had various recreational activities done by Coralia club. From the members of this club, Tamara was the most helpful and friendliest by far. I will definitely revisit the hotel again in the near future. PS: the stuff was very kind , the only issue I had was with Vasilis from the pool bar since he was not as helpful as he should have been towards the customers of the hotel. Alexandros Sidi
