"Our group of 25 people was placed at Novotel Massy Palaiseau as part of a package with Star Tours, and this hotel was one of the worst parts of our trip. From the moment we entered our rooms, we were disgusted to find bed bugs, silverfish, and other types of insects crawling around the beds, bathroom, and even the walls. It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. When we approached the front desk about the infestation, the staff—particularly one individual—was extremely unhelpful and shockingly rude. Rather than offering any kind of solution, they yelled at guests, dismissing our concerns and showing absolutely no professionalism or empathy. Because Star Tours couldn’t make alternate arrangements for us that night, our entire group had to sit in the hotel lobby overnight with no sleep, no accommodations, and no support from hotel staff. This was not just uncomfortable—it was a health and safety risk. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Novotel Massy Palaiseau is not up to basic cleanliness standards, and the service is downright hostile. This was a deeply disappointing experience for all of us, especially on a trip we were looking forward to. The only positive part of the situation was our tour guide, Kaiwan. He truly went above and beyond, doing everything in his power to support us despite the circumstances. He was kind, calm, and tried his hardest to make things right. None of this was his fault. The blame lies entirely with the hotel and Star Tours for putting us in such an unacceptable situation. Avoid this hotel at all costs."

"We stayed for a one day meeting. The main lobby area is nice and good for small teams to gather and enjoy. The meeting room was nice. The parc is very nice. The dinner was too poor in qty/set up. The main dish was just cold. We asked to warm it up, it came back kind of warm with the comment that we need to serve ourselves fast! Same comments on qty/set up for the lunch day after but main dish was warm then. The rooms are ok except the tiny window. Ok you spend more time outside than inside your room but still a room with large wall and small window doesnt feel cozy. "

"We didn't stay but went for a meal. The waiter was rude and dismissive. The menu was so basic and the food itself was probably the worst meal we ever had. All in all, we couldn't wait to leave and were so disappointed as we were looking forward to a meal out."
