ความเอาใจใส่ทั้งหมดดีมาก การเช็คอินด้วยตนเองนั้นเรียบง่ายและได้รับความสนใจอย่างดีเยี่ยมจากเจ้าของบ้าน เข้าถึงได้ง่ายด้วยรถไฟใต้ดินและรถราง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่งดงาม ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

ฉันเลือกสิ่งนี้เพราะฉันอยากสัมผัสประสบการณ์ที่พักพร้อมอาหารเช้าแบบสเปนระหว่างทริปครอบครัวกับแม่ น่าเสียดาย ฉันไม่มีโอกาสได้พบกับเจ้าบ้านหรือแขกคนอื่นๆ ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็กมากและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ไม่เลว แขกคนอื่นๆ ไม่ได้ใช้ห้องครัวส่วนกลาง มีเพียงเจ้าบ้านเท่านั้น มันไม่ใช่ประสบการณ์ที่พักพร้อมอาหารเช้าแบบสเปนที่ฉันคาดไว้

ตัวสถานที่เองก็สวยงามแต่เป็นห้องน้ำเดียวที่คนใช้เวลานานในการออกนอกเหนือจากการคิดค่าบริการที่จำเป็นเช่นผ้าเช็ดตัวที่เช็ดไม่แห้งดีจริงๆแล้วมันไม่คุ้มเลยและยัง ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแอร์ในห้องได้

The room is reasonably priced for what it is close enough to the tram and nice town to visit and mall.

Last minute stay over. Lovely building. Have to share a bathroom with other rooms ! Time we went was quiet. Had to pay €2 for towels. Lovely bakery on corner by apartments No coffee tea facilities! Double beds are Rock hard! Sofa bed in one of the rooms we hired was not great! Overall For one night ok 👍🏻

First-rate service, spotless cleaning, everything organised! Amazing experience and I recommend it to everyone!

We really enjoyed out stay at BBQ sunny residencia. The room was clean and well lit. Shared bathroom was not an issue at all, we almost never crossed any other guests. The terrace at the top floor was an amazing place to have breakfast. Just few bus stops away there is a nice viewpoint called "Mirador dels Xirprers" where we took some amazing photos at sunset. The BBQ sunny residencia is not that close to the city center but connection is good, the bus 67 will take you directly to Pl. Catalunya in 35 minutes. The area around the house felt safe and family friendly, right opposite the house there was a nice bakery. Important to mention that the host was very kind and helpful, pleasure to interact with. If we visit Barcelona again we will definitely book that place one more time. Overall recommended!

Bedding and room were clean. The bathroom was soaked, messy and grim. The stay was terrible as there was an ***** in the next room talking on the phone for hours all night loudly, coughing and snoring.. I’m not sure if he’s the host or just a terrible guest.

Host was really good . But the room was bit small for 3 person but is perfect for 1-2 persons . Location is bit off but you will get the connectivity by tram + metro .

We looked our stay BBQ Sunny Residencia. The rooms are clean and quiet with efficient aircon, and it offers a shared kitchen to prepare some food and short orders. It also has a washing machine to wash clothes. It is a bit outside the center of Barcelona, but well connected with public transport (about 30 min). We will certainly consider staying there again when back in Barcelona.

Absolutely would recommend, 10 out of 10, we book this out of the blue, not expecting anything but it really amazed us, the property have fancy technology for you to check in. The host was very keen on helping us. Would go back again.

Room was very clean, cool and spacious. The balcony was very beautiful especially in the morning. Bathroom was clean and we didn’t have to wait around to use it personally (was usually empty). Other guests were friendly. Air con was a treat in the heat. There is no lift so if you have luggage can be a struggle up to the 3rd floor but we managed! Host was very accommodating when contacted and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.
