ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมมีเอกลักษณ์จริงๆ แทบจะไม่มีอะไรสวยงามมากนัก มันจะสมบูรณ์แบบถ้ามีห้องน้ําโดยตรง ห้องพักสะอาดและทรุดโทรม โดยพื้นฐานแล้วเฟอร์นิเจอร์บางส่วนจะแตกเล็กน้อยและดูเหมือนจะใหญ่ไปหน่อย ในความคิดของฉันแย่มาก แต่เตียงที่นอนและห้องครัว ไม่มีทางเลือกที่แผนกต้อนรับตามคําขอ ฉันพบว่ามันน่าผิดหวังเล็กน้อยในเวลานี้ มิฉะนั้นพนักงานเป็นมิตรเสมอ อาหารเช้าก็โอเคอย่างแน่นอน มันเป็นเพียงเค้กเล็กน้อยหรือคล้ายๆกัน Wi-Fi เสียดายที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งที่สอง ดีมากคือที่จอดรถฟรี โรงแรมเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นและจุดสิ้นสุดของทัวร์ของเรา แต่เนื่องจากเตียงฉันจะไม่จองที่นี่ในอนาคต

ในระหว่างการเดินทางไปทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของเยอรมนีเราพักที่นี่สามคืนและรู้สึกประหลาดใจ หลังจากการจองที่ง่ายเมื่อแปดเดือนก่อนเราได้รับการติดต่ออย่างดีมากก่อนที่เราจะเดินทางและไม่ว่ามีความปรารถนาพิเศษใด ๆ แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและเป็นมืออาชีพ ความปรารถนาเพิ่มเติมของเราได้รับการตอบสนองทันที ห้องด้านสเปรย์กว้างขวาง ตกแต่งสวยงาม และมีห้องน้ําขนาดใหญ่ ตกแต่งอย่างดี และสะดวกสบาย เตียงสบายมาก - ไม่นุ่มเกินไป - มีดาดฟ้าขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย เรารู้สึกขอบคุณที่ติดตั้งป้องกันแมลงที่แข็งแกร่งที่ประตูบานใหญ่เพื่อฉีดพ่นเพราะมันอาศัยอยู่บนหน้าต่างในเวลากลางคืน อาหารเช้าหลากหลายและหลากหลาย และยังเตรียมไว้อย่างต่อเนื่อง แม้ว่าเราจะได้รับแจ้งเมื่อมาถึงว่าสภาพโคโรนาสามารถทําความสะอาดได้ทุกวัน แต่เรามีรูมเซอร์วิสทุกวัน การเชื่อมต่อกับ ÖPNV นั้นดีมากด้วยป้ายรถรางหน้าประตู

Wer das Hotel bucht, der weiß eigentlich, dass kein großartiger ”Luxus” zu erwarten ist. So auch hier im ibis budget Berlin Hoppegarten. Allerdings war ich doch wenig erfreut über das, was eigentlich einfach sein sollte, nämlich ein wenig mehr auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Gleich als erstes fielen mir dicke Staubschwaden an der Wand vor der ”Pseudo-Klimaanlage” (wird unten noch erläutert) auf. Eigentlich unübersehbar und mir echt schleierhaft, dass eine Reinigungskraft diese einfach mal so ignoriert. Ein weiterer Punkt war der Teppichboden, der reichlich versifft und an den Rändern heftig verstaubt rüberkam. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie man ein stark frequentiertes Hotel mit textiler Verlegeware austatten kann. Leider war auch am Kopfende des Bettes eine mit Teppich bezogene Kante, die stark verstaubt war... - eigentlich direkt neben meinem Kopf und darüber hinaus die einzige Ablagefläche für eine Uhr oder ein Handy, wenn man dafür nicht den Fußboden nutzen wollte. Die Fernbedienung des TV war klebrig und verstaubt und wurde meinerseits erst mal einer Reinigung mit Feuchttüchern unterzogen. Die Duschkabine und die Toilettenkabine waren komplett aus Kunststoff und recht wenig ”kuschelig”, also genauso, wie man es aus Hotels dieser Art kennt, aber so etwas weiß man. Schmutz etc. konnte ich nicht erkennen, alles dort soweit gut. Vor allen Dingen hat mich der Wasserdruck begeistert, der aus dem Duschkopf kam und wirklich ganz hervorragend war. Nix zu meckern... :-) Das Thema Handtücher müsste noch mal geübt werden. Ich hatte (als Einzelperson) zwei Duschtücher und zwei Badvorleger. Was ich vermisst habe, war ein ganz normales Handtuch. Eines der Duschtücher habe ich als Mücken-Jagdinstrument verwendet, da ich von diesen fliegenden Plagegeistern mehr als genug im Zimmer hatte. Für Gesicht und Hände habe ich daher einen der Badvorleger missbraucht. Die Klimaanlage hätte ich gut gebrauchen können, diese machte aber (selbst auf höchster Stufe) nur Laufgeräusche, jedoch gab es keinen entsprechenden Output. Ich hatte sie daher komplett ausgestellt. An einem Tag hatte ich das Frühstücksbuffet dazugebucht, was auch trotz der spontanen Entscheidung vor Ort kein Problem darstellte. Für 9,80 € war alles da, was man so zum Sattwerden brauchte, nur den Saft könnte man sich sparen, da dieser sich in kürzester Zeit in irgenwas Gelbes und etwas Wässeriges auseinanderdividierte. Kaffee gab es aus einem Automaten und es waren verschiedene Sorten/Herstellungsarten wählbar. Prima und völlig in Ordnung. Mein Fazit: Ich werde wohl nicht noch einmal buchen.

It was visited in August 2022.First, receptionist does not speak English or German.She was kind in trying...Next, the room was in another building., and location was different from the photo in website.They had a photo of another building, which later I found it it the palace of Alt Kopenick near the river.I received a room in old factory (see photo attached) .Later I asked the housekeeping staff and they said it is cheeper there but they send in KB2 only Polish and Romanian, Bulgarian guest.I am Polish.This sounded very rasist and this is the 1st reason I don't reccomment this place.They have rasist attitute from the very beggining. I wanted they to show me another room in the main building- also looked different from photos in the website....Dirty rooms dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper, no soup in dispensers, no paper for hands just have dispensers fixed on the walls for image. Staff dont speak English and dont understand me when I asked for new bedlinen they said these are new, but they looked as used.This us the second reason for my review. The most supprising was staff is entering my room without my permission and even dont say sorry. Be careful!Don't waste your money!Staff steals from guest rooms!Rasist owner, rude staff, dirty place to stay in.!!!

Don't be deceived by the first look of it. I was though as it looks like a building block standing in the middle of a construction site. However, the interior was surprisingly nice. A bit like student dorm or studio flats rather than hotel rooms actually, albeit in a more luxury version. Good: 1. Close to public transport. 2. Specious room with lots of power sockets and storage spaces 3. very modern and comfy bath room and bed. 4. Plenty of natural light through huge windows ( at least the one I stayed ) 5. very affordable price, especially if you want to stay close to BER airport. Things can be improved : A few USB power sockets would be nice. Things to be aware of/ warned: If you are very concerned about cyber security as I am, you should take note. The hotel free WIFI is NOT password protected so there is zero security but even if there is one, you should know there is still risks. My SIM didn't work with roaming so I had to use the hotel free wifi for some urgent tasks. At first, the wifi name popped up on my screen was ” Citty Guest ”, I knew the spelling of double t looked dodgy but then that's the only one popped up and perhaps some German set up this spelled it wrong. So I used it. Then the day after when I used the wifi there were two available : Citty Guest and CITY GUEST. It was really unsettling to think that the one I used previous day might be a bogus setting up just to trick people into thinking it was the real one. When I asked the reception which one is the right one, I was told the ” CITY GUEST ” is the right one. ( My heart sank ) I made her aware of the existence of the one name ” Citty Guest ” but she just said she doesn't know anything about it and it should be ok. But if she knew nothing about it how can she know it's ok? She doesn't look more an IT expert than I am. To this day I still have no idea whether I was being tricked into using a bogus wifi connections and I was so nervous that I changed all my passwords when I got back home ( but it wouldn't help if the device has been hacked ) but just so you know. If you see both ” Citty Guest ” and ” CITY GUEST ” pop up on your screen, go for the latter one unless you have been told the otherwise.

โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินโดยรถแท็กซี่เพียง 15-20 นาที การเช็คอินค่อนข้างเร็วและพนักงานต้อนรับทุกคนพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ห้องพักร้อนมากและไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศซึ่งทําให้นอนหลับไม่สบายในตอนกลางคืน ห้องพักสะอาด แต่เรียบง่ายและดูเหมือนจะล้าสมัยเล็กน้อยเช่นเดียวกับห้องน้ํา ในตอนเย็นเราทานอาหารอร่อย ๆ บนระเบียงที่สามารถมองเห็นแม่น้ํา บริการดีมากและอาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยม โรงแรมประมาณ 35 นาทีจากใจกลางเมืองเบอร์ลินโดยรถแท็กซี่ซึ่งราคาประมาณ 40 ยูโร
