"Giuseppe the host greeted us on arrival, a warm and accommodating person, was a real pleasure to meet him. He showed us where to park, even brought our car to us the morning of check out while we had breakfast The place is located in the center of town with incredible views in all directions, bright spacious, very clean, with a very large bathroom & shower. We were offered us a Sicilian breakfast the first morning, highly recommend, it was a real treat. Thanks for a great stay Giuseppe."

I asked for reimbursement without getting it. Behavior beyond any limit of decent! I will not stay, of course never again in this structure. We have been misleaded by positive reviews by mistaken trust."

"We booked on booking, no one came to the arrival after having called her repeatedly, and came in a disturbed way and told us that he thought it was a buffalo, and that we were not presented, beginning building a history based on our credit card not validated by booking...
