Spent four nights and three days at the Lihim Resort. My wife, daughter and I were the sole guest at the hotel after one other couple had just finished their stay. When we arrived, we had just missed the hurricane and enjoyed three days of perfect weather. From being picked up and transported via personal private transportation provided by Lihim, we were greeted by the wonderful and most hospitable staff. The resort was impeccable and beautifully manicured. Everyone from the round the clock personal valet service (Ann & Ching), food preparers, servers, masseuse and activities coordinators were extremely dedicated and accommodating to any and all of our needs. We were Pampered and Spoiled. The booked island excursion and activities we selected, to include: the private island beach and kayaking made for an awesome time spent. While both times at the private island beach and during our day spent kayaking, the Lihim arranged an exquisite hot lunch consisting of BBQ Chicken, Seafood, fresh fruits and cold drinks. All of the staff assigned at the private beach island were wonderful. On our last night at the Lihim Resort we had our dinner at the Henri rooftop restaurant. The decoration was stylish and impressive, but nothing in comparison to views from atop which was breathtaking and captivating. We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Lihim Resort. It has brought us many memories that we will always cherish. We will return.

Because of the bad weather we were not able to experience the wonderful lagoons and beaches of El Nido but no regrets coz LIHIM resort took good care of us. They came up with activities so we can still enjoy our vacation. Thanks to our butlers -Hannah, Angelo , Ching and the rest of the staffs who really really make us wanna go back soon.

Our stay at Lihim Resort was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing hospitality from the staff. Having butlers assigned to us was a lovely experience; they were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating to all our requests. The hospitality of all the staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The location of the resort is fantastic—very peaceful with impeccable views. Although the funicular was not working, requiring us to walk down from our villa to the restaurants and pool area, the staff made up for it by providing car transport whenever we needed it. A tip for those staying during July-August: bring mosquito repellent spray or lotion. There were quite a few mosquitoes around, even in our room, but this is understandable given the proximity to nature. The breakfast was good, offering different choices each day. The staff were lovely, and the scrambled eggs were perfect. They even went out of their way to cook longanisa for us daily upon request, which was a delightful touch. The facial treatment and the two-hour integrative and Panari massage were exceptional—some of the best we've experienced. There are plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy, and the views are stunning. Overall, we would definitely recommend Lihim Resort and look forward to coming back again.

The best resort in El Nido. Serene. Private. Exclusive. Impressive. The Butler service is superb with the signature Araw hospitality - always smiling, ready to serve, and all our needs were attended to. It seems all the staff were properly trained in customer service, we didn't excounter anyone who didn't greet us. Loved the speed boat transfers. Our daughter was delighted with the evening treats. Jeff the resort manager made sure we had a proper welcome. Glad it was distant from the town yet still accessible via speed boat.

The only other aspect unmatched by the beauty of the island is the service provided by the Lihim staff. My wife, sister-in-law, and I were fortunate enough to have the assistance of Eunice and Mars during our 4 day, 3 night stay in the villas. Our itinerary was nothing short of smooth all thanks to Eunice and Mars, even when we kept changing our minds on what we wanted to do on different days. Need a ride to the villa up the hill? They provided every time. Need a walking cane because you accidentally injured yourself during your island hopping tours? Eunice and Mars were prompt with calling for first aid assistance. Forgot to apply sunscreen on your shoulders while island hopping and now you're sunburnt? Well, you're a grown adult and should have been more prepared. Don't expect other people to undo your sunburn for you. That being said, not even an inconvenient sunburn could undo the enjoyment that was had thanks to the help of the lovely staff. In short, a stay at Lihim Resorts isn't complete without the exceptional service provided by the Lihim staff- Eunice and Mars. If their assistance isn't enough to make your stay enjoyable, then nothing will make you happy.

We stayed at the resort in November 2024. It is beautifully located at the end of the bay in front of El Nido town. Arriving by boat you find a resort nestled on a fairly steep mountain, individual villas surrounded by well-maintained tropical gardens. Our sea-view villa was spacious and provided an amazing view of the El Nido islands. In general the villa and connecting walk ways are in need of some upkeep, as you can clearly see the impacts of weather and time on the wooden structures, but nothing dramatic. It was great to see ongoing maintenance work, including waste-water management, which will be helpful. What made this space extra-special, was the team. Our butlers, Angelo and Neil, made us feel special every minute of our stay. Our tour guide, Rio and his captain, helped us experience impressive snorkeling sites. On three different tours, they went out of the way and looked for the special, less-crowded options. These tours created lasting memories. Thank you! Jun, the tennis/pickle ball coach was fun and created an adhoc competition for us. Lots of fun. Thank you. Last but not least, the restaurant crews. Miles and his crew created special lunches at Hayak beach. At Henris (top of the hill restaurant), Oliver made the evening special with his great service. At Gana restaurant, we really enjoyed the excellent service and humor of Samuel. He eventually taught us Tagalog over dinner. Thank you! Overall, a great place to visit and spend a few days. Make sure to take advantage of the tours offered.
