Very disappointed for the price. Location is not bad and outside pool is definitely the highlight. The staff seemed overwhelmed with work, the interior didn’t work in the rooms. The rooms were a bit disappointing too.

This is not a 3 star hotel, its run down, the facilities are poor and value for money, it is very overpriced but it has great location. The staff all seem to be kids who unless you want to book something are very unhelpful. We had a room in the main block (206) which was so damp water was running down the walls and ponding under the bed, staff uninterested and just kept playing dumb despite numerous complaints we got nowhere. Couple in room 207 were experiencing the same issue. The breakfast was a waste of time it was limited, cold and in short supply such that we did not use after the second attempt. The only plus is its location right on the beach. I would avoid this hotel

such a nice place and location, especially their breakfast buffet even though there are limited choices still better because you can eat more if you want. I like how their pool faces the sea. even when you have breakfast you have a good view as well. only their wifi is our problem because it is a really terrible signal, and it is so difficult to connect. but over all everything is good The location is perfect, the room is so clean, and the staff are so nice.

We booked 2 rooms at Doublegem hotel in El Nido for 2 nights via Trip. Com from 5 of November until 7 of November 2025. When we arrived there was no Internet, no TV , no garden and the pool was closed. Basically no basic facilities. The hotel is very old with old furniture. Noisy air-conditioning and when taking a shower the water leaking out to the all floor. Requested to upgrade our room it took 6 hours before they let us how much we need to pay to upgrade our rooms. The staff were unprofessional but very polite. It was very bad so we decided to cancel our stay and run from this hotel. I would like to give this hotel just 1 star and this just because the staff were very friendly and polite.

Great location right by the sea ( no good for swimming) Lovely big pool. Rooms are small but clean has a fridge kettle etc. Staff not very friendly, and breakfast is terrible. Everything was cold, with very little choice. They take a 3000 peso deposit, but you can't put anything from the restaurant on your room. You have to pay cash as you go. No internet! You are staying for the location and the pool. Could be a lot better with friendly staff, and some smiling faces. Everybody looked so boarded and uninterested..

This was our second stay at the hotel and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. Staff is helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was great! The swimming pool was definitely a highlight. Especially for those sunset pictures. No complaints, it was a perfect stay!

Our favourite hotel on our trip. Clean, friendly staff and nice location. A bit away from main drag but nice location on beach

This is a stunning Corong Corong beach front hotel with a stunning pool and bar area and private villas, if you have a bigger group or a family. The insane views of the other islands and sunset is totally underestimated for this hotel, and is a property you must visit if enjoying a beautiful sunset is your appetite.

Really lovely little hotel on a quieter beach in El Nido. The staff were so kind and friendly. The view from the pool was perfect. Lots of little restaurants around, or you can take a tricycle into the main town for 100php. A really nice choice for staying near town, but not right in town.
