Das Hotel ist neu, gross, sehr modern, viel Holz. Die Spa Suite Master war super: gross, toller Whirlpool, Privat-Sauna, genial :-). Zusätzlich gratis Zugang zu Saunabereich im 6. OG. Feines Essen im Restaurant (Abendessen und Frühstück). Im Restaurant ruft man den Service über einen Würfel, der beim Antippen leuchtet. Self-Check-in und -out per Computer, kein Problem. Im Barbereich hat es eine schöne, grosse Smokers Lounge. Uns hat es super gefallen!

Hi everyone, We have visited hotel Seedam plaza in Pfäffikon many times and always leaving this place with nice and positive emotions. The hotel itself it’s very comfortable,clean and has a nice view to the lake. The food at the restaurant it’s super tasty and they have a huge choice of the wine. At the summer time they have nice terrace outside where you can have a drink and dinner with beautiful view of the sunset on the lake. It’s very easy underground parking. And it’s 10 minutes walk to the train station,which is a half hour ride to Zurich. It’s a beautiful walking pathway around the lake. And you can walk till Rapperswil that’s is a pretty little city with a castle. Near the hotel you have a Seedam shopping mall where you can buy whichever you need. Just wanted to say thanks to all personal of the hotel for being very nice to us,and particularly The front office manager Jan Klingelfuss. And our special thanks to Videsh and Juan at the hotel bar. This guys are super nice,professional and polite,they always remember our preferences. We see that they work very hard to make all the guests very happy. And they make the best cocktails in whole Switzerland! Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. All best, Alla Goddard

I booked a three night stay here for myself and son aged 2.5. I found the journey from Zurich airport easy. I took the train to HB then changed to a train to Brunnen. I did switch at Zug. Then the 504 bus to the hotel was 10 minutes from Brunnen station. Overall it took just under 2 hours. There was some confusion at check in. I booked via ********** and assumed I was in the hotel. I was not aware there were apartments, and these are treated differently from hotel guests. After discussing this with management, we agreed I could pay an additional fee to be treated as a hotel guest. This was much better as it included full board food for my son, breakfast for both of us, towels/robes and lots more extras. Had I just been in the apartment, I would have had to check out at 10am whereas hotel/hostel is 11am. Also check in for apartments is at 4pm whereas hotel/hostel in 3pm. Breakfast is charged at CHF 27 per person/per day and children’s meals are CHF 9 per meal. Also, the gym is charged at CHF 15 per person/per day. As you can see it can get very expensive. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. It was frustrating having to navigate finding the apartment in the dark as the signs were not clear and it was difficult to navigate some steps with the buggy. The restaurant was great for the children’s meals/ Plenty to choose from. The restaurants did get busy but I never booked and was always able to get a table. At lunch I did not want to eat so little one only ate, I felt like the waitresses did not like this and kept asking if I wanted to order something. The kids facilities are the best. The play area is great with lots of fun toys. Sadly parents let their children run unsupervised but that’s not the hotels fault. Ethan also went to TOM’s Happy Club one morning whilst I went to the gym. The pool was also great. Plenty to keep the children entertained. We also enjoyed the cinema room. There isn’t much local to the hotel unless you have a car but we were only there for a few days so it was ok for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families. So much to keep children happy. Mon séjour au Panorama Resort & Spa à Feusisberg a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Situé majestueusement au-dessus du pittoresque lac de Zurich, cet hôtel offre une expérience de vacances inoubliable tant par son emplacement spectaculaire que par ses prestations haut de gamme. Perché sur une colline surplombant le lac de Zurich l'emplacement de l'hôtel offre une vue à couper le souffle. Chaque matin, je me réveillais avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur les eaux scintillantes du lac et les sommets enneigés des montagnes alentour. La tranquillité et la sérénité de cet endroit sont vraiment incomparables. Lors de mon arrivée, le professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel étaient remarquables. Très attentionné, serviable et toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins et à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que possible. J'ai séjourné au sein d’une très belle suite avec vue sur le lac et je n'aurais pas pu rêver mieux. La chambre était spacieuse élégamment décorée et dotée de toutes les commodités modernes nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le lit était luxueux et douillet garantissant des nuits de sommeil reposant après une journée bien remplie à explorer la région. Le Panorama Resort & Spa propose une gamme complète de services et d'équipements de classe mondiale. Le spa entièrement rénové était une oasis de détente où il est possible de se ressourcer et de se faire choyer avec une variété de soins de bien-être. Vous y retrouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La piscine intérieure est grande, et la piscine chauffée extérieure offrait une vue panoramique sur le lac ce qui rendait la baignade encore plus agréable. Un pur bonheur surtout avec le ciel rosé lors du coucher de soleil. Il est possible de se restaurer au Spa Akari tout au long de la journée à l’étage avec le très généreux buffet proposé. Les options gastronomiques proposées par les restaurants de l'hôtel étaient tout simplement délicieuses. Que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner avec un large choix de produits locaux, mais aussi plus exotique de grande qualité. Concernant le dîner, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité et la diversité des plats proposés. Le premier soir, j’ai pu tester le restaurant Collina où l’on retrouve des plats d’une finesse incroyable. Mon choix s’est porté sur : steak tartare, chateaubriand sauce béarnaise, dessert chocolat, brownie fruits, exquis !!! Pour le dernier soir, je me devais de réaliser l’expérience du restaurant Loy Fah de l’Hôtel qui compte 14 points au Gault & Millau. Là encore un service irréprochable et une qualité de plat exceptionnelle. J’ai opté pour le Contemporary Thai set Menu 1 qui se décompose en 4 plats ainsi que de délicieux cocktails à la présentation très originale et au goût succulent. L’Hôtel propose également une multitude d'activités pour les clients. Il est possible de profiter de randonnées dans les environs ou de se rendre rapidement au centre de Zurich. La région regorge de sites culturels et historiques à découvrir
