U Coral Beach Club Eilat – Ultra All Inclusive

Great location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment.

This is my fifth stay at this hotel, and unfortunately there is a noticeable decline in the overall standard. It feels as though there is an effort to cut costs in areas that, from a guest’s perspective, are very important—such as the food and the entertainment team. One of the main reasons I continue to return to this hotel is the dining experience. As an all-inclusive hotel and as a parent of two children, this is something I rely on. However, during this stay, the quality felt lower than in the past. While the meat dishes were of very good quality, the rest of the food seemed to offer less variety and a slight decline in overall quality. The second reason is the entertainment team, which has traditionally been known as one of the best in Israel. That said, during my recent visits the team has been noticeably less active and less engaging with both the children and the general audience. The kids’ club closes too early, there are not enough activities or social opportunities for children, and during my last stay it felt as though the team was almost absent. As a result, I found myself spending most of the time entertaining my children on my own.

For those who want to save on shopping and dining out -U coral beach is the perfect place.5 meals -breakfast,dinner,coffee and cake,supper,pizza stand at night,free bar from 9 till 00,entertaining programs for grown ups and kids-so no need of going out in search of fun and food.Only shop around is a small super,since the hotel is located on the suburbs of Eilat(there is also a small shop inside the hotel)/So you need a car to go places and you have a gas station across the street.Good food, a lot of variety during meals.Cleaning service is on the upper level-during the meals-lots of small children who drop food-there is always someone to take care of the mess,thank you guys! Special thanks for a guy who cleaned my room on Shabbat and made the bed-you are awesome an do a great job,cuddos!!!! Some small cons-pillows too soft for my taste-used 2 and still wasnt comfortable enough,no chairs)))We took U family superior.I give 4.5 stars

Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! Super Kids friendly and Adult friendly as well. Can't describe how amazing this place truly is, you got to experience it for yourself. You will walk out of this place only to keep coming back! Managers and VPs are the best! The entertainment staff and bar tenders and restaurant staff are all so friendly, caring, warm and fun. Robi the head of the entertainment department will make sure you and your family get included in all the activities and give you a shout out for a celebration/birthday. Tal the head Manager is the best, she will go out of her way to accommodate you and take great care of you and make your stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ucoral! We were shocked by how terrible this hotel turned out to be. The pictures and description online were completely misleading. The place was old, dirty, and poorly maintained — definitely not worth the amount of money we spent. The room smelled musty, the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated (or cleaned) in decades, and the cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Stains on the bedding, grime in the bathroom, and dusty surfaces everywhere made it impossible to feel comfortable. We expected at least the basics for the high price we paid, but this place failed on every level. It was a total rip-off and a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — this place should not be in business until it gets a serious overhaul.

We have been guests of this hotel for the best part of 20 years already from when it was Club Med, sometimes just the 2 of us, at other times with our family of 8 to 10. In general it used to be very good but has progressively badly deteriorated. The beach is no longer private. The quality and variety of cocktails is very poor and abysmal. Staff at reception is good, elsewhere grumpy and acting as if doing you a favour. The pool staff is excellent, pool entrainment poor. Evening entertainment good in general. We booked for 4 nights. On arrival we requested an upgrade as the hotel was half empty. We expressed our gratitude to the reception staff who agreed. That’s when the problems started. Room 923 was malodorous, upon complaining a cleaner arrived with a bathroom spray. It didn’t help. On the following morning we again complained. A technician checked the air vents and found them in good order. Several hours later at around 10 pm, another technician arrives to check the sewage. Both technicians acknowledged the malodorous state of the room and a leak of water from the sink, when one actually said: it seems your holiday is gone! We demanded that the manager comes to see the state of the room. After almost 3days of complaints, the very efficient Ophira came, saw and smelt it all and offered a different room the standard of which is lower than we originally booked. We refused and protested vehemently. Ophira was adamant that there are no other rooms, having experienced the literally flooding of the room and its stink. On the morning of our last day, Ophira phoned to say that the boss has agreed to move us to a room similar to the one we are in, suddenly Ophira found a room!!!, moreover the hotel will compensate us with 10% cash refund and 30% on the next booking. On the morning before we left we went to finalise the compensation, ophira took our details (on a yellow A4), but wouldn’t give us anything in writing. One month after we had left, we had not heard from the hotel. We called Ophira who requested again our details, and another month later, after phoning and rephoning an email duly arrived, saying the hotel will honour the 30% but no mention of the 10% cash refund. All our calls and emails to rectify the hotel’s mistake and failure, remain to this day unanswered. Ophira has blocked our phone calls. Basically there’s nothing more we can do, just to warn other guests. Tiny complaints are probably dealt with promptly. Major complaints are ignored till you spill your blood.

Ophira came, saw and smelt it all and offered a room the standard of which was lower than we originally booked. We refused it. Ophira was adamant that there is no other room available. The day before we left, Ophira called to say that the director has agreed to move us to a room of the same class we were in: suddenly they found one!!! Moreover, the hotel will compensate us with a refund of 10% in cash and a 30% on the next order. An email duly arrived with no mention of the 10% cash refund. All attempts to obtain the refund failed. Ophira has blocked our calls. All calls to the hotel director were never answered, and no reply to our emails received.

An amazing family vacation! Excellent and abundant food! Free drinks including alcohol, popsicles, slushies, activities for kids and adults – archery, trapeze, a movie with popcorn, kids’ camps that give parents peace and quiet and for the kids - lots of fun. Super impressive evening shows by a talented and acrobatic team! On top of that, there’s a perfect beach right next to the hotel with a bridge leading straight to it, a big and fun pool (even slightly heated in winter, so the kids really enjoyed it!). And the service? Outstanding! The entire hotel staff genuinely cares about making sure we’re happy all the time. We came back again and can’t wait for our next vacation! Thank you so much to the hotel team!! ♥️ חופשה משפחתית מעולה ! אוכל מצוין בשפע ! שתיה חופשית כולל אלכוהול, קרטיבים, ברד , פעילויות לילדים ולמבוגרים - חץ וקשת, טרפז , סרט עם פופוקרן, קייטנות לילדים שנותנות שקט להורים וכיף לילדים, הופעות סופר מושקעות בערב של צוות תותחים אקרובטים ומוכשרים!! וחוץ מזה יש גם חוף ים מושלם צמוד למלון עם גשר ישר אליו מהמלון, בריכה גדולה וכייפית (בחורף אפילו מחממים אותה קצת כך שהילדים ממש נהנו!!) ושירות יוצא מן הכלל!! ממש אכפת לכל צוות המלון שנהיה מרוצים כל הזמן! חזרנו שוב ומחכים כבר לחזור שוב לחופשה הבאה תודה רבה לצוות המלון!! ♥️
