Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was available, and the location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is good except the dishes. Looks like nobody clean the dishes as many of them are dirty.

If you're here for a business trip it's all right, it's just a regular hotel. Breakfast is the same every 2 days, and not super healthy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Edmonton West. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful accessibility features. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check‑in smooth and efficient. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were well maintained. I would be happy to return on my next visit.

Good place to stay. But the male front desk person are not good in service.

The team pretty nice and kind and the location is good to around… Amenities are not too great. But i mean… good enough to stay and sleep!

A comfortable room with a lovely couch and a nice king-size bed. There is a good coffee maker in the room. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the main floor. The big downside was the shower. It had a handheld shower head, and the water did not fully drain from the shower area; some water always remained on the floor by the toilet. This was not a good design for a shower, so I would not likely stay here again. It's too bad, as everything else was great.

Tidy and nice breakfast but overall bit old for hardware

No one picked up the phone at the reception even trying multiple times. The TV in the room doesn't have any smart apps like Netflix etc. Poor quality of breakfast

Refused to refund when flight cancelled!!
