อยู่ใกล้กับห้างสรรพสินค้า Edmonton จริง ๆ แต่โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า มีการปรับปรุงบ้างอย่างแน่นอน ไม่มีอาหารเช้าให้เพราะโควิด

This was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

床很舒服，房間也夠大，比預期的好，浴簾有點破，有點和其它設施格格不入，早點去晚了，還有五分鐘結束，但是服務員態度很好，主動拿出打包盒讓我們把東西帶走吃，這樣的人在加拿大不多

Most of my stay in this hotel are great.They have breakfast room now. But My last check in, bedsheet have blood stain & hair, frontdesk offer me new room , that was great but I didnt accept bec. I just want a change sheet, sometimes it happen that room attendant didnt see it especially if its under the duvet.Front desk in the morning greet me well.

Loud parties from walk in guests who first asked if a credit check was required to book a room… should have been the staffs first red flag… unsafe property, people come in and out of the hotel and slip fliers under the door for food establishments. Staff were rude and didn’t make eye contact with anyone.. dirty rooms, candy bar wrappers under the bed skirts, wall paper with stains dripping down the walls.

Bad customer service. Training another worker so very slow with a line up customers with only one person doing work.
Beds and uncomfortable and BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW.

The room was very hot and stuffy. Mattress needs replacing.
The continental breakfast was the only good thing about it.

The hotel is well located right across from the West Edmonton Mall, so great for shopping.
The breakfast was not great. There was not much variety and as things ran out, items weren't replenished even though a staff member was in the room.
The curtain in our room was ripped, making it difficult to block out the morning light.
We were supposed to stay five nights, but checked out after three nights. The staff were understanding and accommodating.
