Gary and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, welcome and helpful, doing everything to make your stay a good one. The location of the studio apartment was perfect for us, close to the CBD via tram or by foot. It was quiet and the studio had everything we needed, including good WiFi. The shower took a bit getting used to but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. Thanks to Gary and the team for all your service!

Great location in quiet East Melbourne, very close to the train and tram stations. The staff were all friendly and courteous, greeting every guest they passed. However, the room felt a bit dated. The glass screen on the bathtub wasn't very effective, so the bathroom floor ended up soaked after every shower.

The room was good and reasonably priced for what we got. The best thing was the location. However there was problems with the main door locking, the staff did come and fix it though. The shower also was hard to use, it was either super hot burning your skin or very cold.

Great location near Wellington Parade, close to MCG and CBD. Nice quiet leafy street in a suburb of beautiful old homes. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Decor is very dated and needs an upgrade. Shower head and taps could be replaced. No lift on premises.

Great little place right near the MCG. A tram stop very close by. Twin single bed room, very comfy beds, friend and I both commented on the pillows being perfect. Greeted at the entrance by the friendly staff and check in was easy. Cheap and cheerful stay which we look forward to staying at again.

Great option for budget travellers. *** Free parking: Big bonus! Saved a lot on city parking fees. Plenty of spots and easy to access. The room was basic but clean and comfortable — exactly what we needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. If you’re looking for a cheap, no-frills hotel near the CBD with free parking, this place is a solid choice! 👍🚗

Room was old and needs to be renovated. A lot of tattered things and furniture in the room. Bathroom also need some repairs first. The good thing was we could leave our luggage before check in. Good for one night, but I would stay there longer.

Clean, functional, quiet, great location.

Excellent place in the centre with useful kitchenettes, comfy beds and bright good size rooms. Staff is lovely too, really good value for money, 100% recommended.

As a solo traveler, it is good to dwell in this inn that is very convenient and comfy.
