Average hotel but staff is good . The room standard is average . The walls are dirty and water leakage on the ceiling.

The hotel cleanliness is very poor, the towel wasn’t white anymore its become grey, when i ask to change, thr new towel is still like the one i asked to change. The telephone is broken, i couldn’t call room service and etc. its a bad experience i had.

Good experience with great services by all employees in all sector at hotel, including Ms. Gina at Receptionist that hosting with nice humble attitude. The room is clean, safe and all ingredient such as mineral water and equipment such as towel are in good condition.

the place is cozy, comfortable, quiet, close from the highway, environmentally friendly. The food is delicious, lots of food choices from snacks and heavy meals. Strategic location, so far so good all

The food selections for breakfast is good! Clean room and ac is cold. The service is good and the receptionist is friendly. The room is tidy and the pillows are great. The tv is clear. The lock is secure and the hotel is easy to find. The location is strategic.

All the staff are very friendly, always help when we have difficulties. The food served is very delicious and the menu is complete. The bedroom is very comfortable, the AC, TV, lights and so on function well. This makes me want to come back here again when I come to Jakarta,

warm Greeting, the Deluxe King room is nice n clean. worth the price with breakfast. nice resto n nice hotel team. Got a surprised tasting choco cake and pineapple fresh drink. thanks chef Sutrisno.... overall Good. worth to stay bck for next trip.... thanks the twin Nova & Novi .. and Nouval as well... keep good work & service.
