"Very nice and clean, quick check-in. And the room was cooled down to a nice 72°, when it was a 105 outside. Bathroom was very clean and the amenities in there were nice and excellent. Stay for 2 days and was very happy with the service that was provided by the staff and breakfast in the morning was top-notch. Very organized, not a continental breakfast scramble. Eggs, French toast, you name it. It was there. Great coffee, great juices. Great selection throughout, well worth the stay.😃😃"

"It is the worst experience I have ever had, the only thing that was good was the bed, the cleanliness at first glance when I received the room looked normal, I was going shopping and only left my suitcase, when I came back I realized that the floor was all dirty and gummy, the headboard was dusty, the WiFi never worked, the air conditioning was old and noisy, patches on the wall, floors with cracked tiles, towels with mold and the shower was disgusting, I had to use it because I had no choice but to do so, when I left to turn off the shower faucet it was leaking and made an odious noise, I went to reception, supposedly the receptionist is new, I saw the cleaning lady and she also said it was new. The breakfast is null, there was only a thermos for coffee, coffee products, when I saw it better I threw it away, it was painted water, there was only a yogurt and gelatins was all they had, there was no fruit. No bread, absolutely nothing. The truth is I don't know how they can offer that hotel for $93 dollars per night when I requested a suite and received that dirty room. With a burnt sofa, disgusting towels, they should remove hotels like that from their app that give their app a very bad appearance. I would never stay there again, I feel like I was scammed by staying there, I would have liked you to refund me at least 50% of my reservation at that place, so deplorable."
