no hot water in the morning to take any showers, I was told by the front desk attendant that it was an issue that they were having because only one of the water heaters was working when I asked for compensation and they told me the manager would have to call me tomorrow and of course no one did

Good stay but bed was not as comfortable as desired. Curtains were made to not close completely and the morning sun was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Quick trip to Durant and the hotel couldn't have been better. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient to the ******.

Love that this hotel is a smoke free location with my bronchitis I flare up and start coughing but here no problems and the beds are comfortable and breakfast is great it’s been a while since I have seen a hot breakfast

Great hotel. Clean and quiet. I think they let some homeless come in for breakfast which was really nice. All was great!

The room appeared to look clean when we checked in. I started to iron a gown for graduation and it touched the floor and to my surprise it was nothing but animal hair all over my gown. Also I was unable to use the pull out bed because it was covered with animal hair. I got the room because I needed it for an extra guest. We all ended up sleeping in the one bed. Disappointed! Not to mention the elevator was out of service. I should be refunded my money for my miserable stay.

The property was clean and room was very clean. Very comfy bed. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working for the duration of our stay. Neither of us young and my husband has heart issues. The breakfast Buffett was cold food at 7:30AM, not impressed. I had questions about my bill, which the night clerk could not answer only adding to the issues.
