Lots of stains on carpet , we got fresh towels from housekeeping and there was black stains like someone stepped on the towels. Room also smelled.

The only issue we had was that the heater went out on our last night there they did offer to move us, but we didn’t move because it was gonna be too much trouble and the guy said that he would help us with our stuff and although he was being friendly, it just creeped me out a little bit

Dirty inside the main desk area, front door seemed to be broken and would not close. Elevator was broken and had to take the stairs, stairwell was very dirty and appeared to have not ever been cleaned. Tv and phone in room did not work and there was hair left in the bathtub. First room card we received was to an occupied room. We left after one night in our two night reservation.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when we didn’t have a TV remote in our room. The room itself was not in great shape- just old. The decorative blanket on the bed was dirty, although the sheets appeared fine.

The HVAC unit in the bedroom where the air and the heat come out sounded like a semi truck. We did not sleep most the night due to that unit. They need to upgrade their pillows.

Our check in was ok. The staff was very nice, however they sent us to a dirty room at first. They did correct the situation by sending us to another room.

Poor maintenance: hot and cold were switched on the shower, the fan on the heater was extremely noisy.

Sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. No bath mat to keep from slipping on the floor. Outlets loose and unusable. Noisy area
