The staff are so very welcoming and friendly. I have spent seven months, four to five nights a week there. It's become like ”home from home”! Every one is so very friendly. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Ballsbridge, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin.
Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

My wife and I travel a lot and the experiences that we had with this hotel are by far the WORST in our 25 years of traveling the world together. When we booked a room online, almost two months before we traveled, we then decided that day that we wanted to cancel the reservation and get a room closer to the airport. We contacted the Lansdown Hotel and were told that we could cancel the room but that our payment would not be refunded! We then asked to speak to a manager. We were put on hold for 45 minutes twice and kept getting disconnected. We gave up and decided to stay at the Lansdown Hotel anyway. WHAT A DUMP! There is no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. We asked for a Queen bed and there were two singles. The Mattresses were so bad that you could feel the springs on your back. I had to sleep on the floor. The walls were paper thin and you could hear people in all the rooms around us including the people walking around above us. The room was stuffy, hot, and you could not open a window to cool down the room. There was no air conditioning! The carpet was dirty and smelled of smoke (it was a non-smoking room). Do yourself a HUGE favor and find another hotel in Dublin! When I say DUMP, I am being kind. Rik Pfenninger
