Great experience with the Henia hotel. Came in from Bohol and stayed the night. Great room with all the perks. Air, hot water, 100 channels on TV, absolutely wonderful staff and a super breakfast, Would have stayed longer but they had no rooms available and boy do I know why!!!

lovely hotel, very accessible to any tourist attraction in dumaguete. highly recommended and would love to back again if we visited dumaguete.

Overall experience was good aside from the pillow cases that smells bad. They changed it and we settled afterwards.

Very disappointed with this hotel. No bath floor towel , no hand towels, no bath gel or soap. No electric plug in for coffee maker - we had to move to the floor so we can plug it in and a lot more… Will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is in central location of dumaguete. Accessible and walking distance to thr public markets, transportations, restaurants, malls and landmarks of the old town. It was easy to reach and find from the airport. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful to our needs and questions. The room was ok. Clean, cold with AC, spacious and quiet. There are many to upgrade and considerate like the breakfast. Adding more variations would be perfect for the price we paid. I'm not satisfied with the breakfast. As well as to upgrade the room, bathrooms and its furnishings. But, in overall it was a great experience for a one night. I will definitely come back here.

Place is clean overall and facilities in the room are in good working order. Location is in the middle of the city thus very accessible to restos, cafes and other destinations. During my entire stay, had no issue with parking as hotel staff were very accommodating, attentive and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant stay at the hotel for the week. Keep it up.

Great location. Close to Dumaguete Market. Blinds are not the best in case you’re light-sensitive.

Located just in front the local market. The staff is very nice. You can find good restaurants at Boulevard (10 mns walk)

Conveniently located hotel, just a walking distance to the shopping area, to the park and to the port of Dumaguete. The front desk staff snd the security guard are courteous. The room is clean with soft and comfortable bed, but the pillows are too thick and not fluffy. My overall stay is awesome!

Excellent location. Opposite wet market with plenty local foods. Convenient to call taxi. Friendly and people oriented staff. Breakfast at 07:00 sharp. Choices of food can be improved. 1 Lift is available. Prices of room can be better. Why Not restaurant, good western foods is 40 pesos taxi away. Airport is 20 min drive (early morning) and can be arranged at reception. 600 pesos for a 7 or 8 pax seated van.
