อพาร์ทเมนต์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบครันในอาคารประวัติศาสตร์ที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่อย่างสวยงามในใจกลางเมืองเก่า เราอาศัยอยู่ในอพาร์ทเมนต์ 2 ห้องนอน 2 ห้องน้ําบนชั้นบนสุด สาม ของอาคาร อพาร์ทเมนท์มีเลานจ์ พื้นที่รับประทานอาหาร และห้องครัวขนาดเล็กพร้อมเตาอบ ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ กาต้มน้ํา และเครื่องปิ้งขนมปังแซนวิช มีเครื่องปรับอากาศทั้งพื้นที่นั่งเล่นและห้องนอน เราสามารถมองเห็นทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามบนหลังคาไปยังเนินเขาทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของเมือง นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าที่ให้บริการฟรีสําหรับผู้เข้าพัก เรามีการสื่อสารที่ดีกับโรงแรมทางอีเมล อาคารแห่งนี้ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 5 นาทีจากประตู Pile และไม่มีลิฟต์ ดังนั้นจึงไม่เหมาะสําหรับผู้ที่เคลื่อนไหวจํากัด

หนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมาพร้อมทิวทัศน์อันตระการตาของเมืองเก่าที่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด ซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกล บริเวณชายหาดเป็นพื้นที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจที่จะใช้เวลาทั้งวันพร้อมเก้าอี้นั่งเล่นหลายตัว เข้าถึงทะเลใสสะอาด และพนักงานจะสั่งเครื่องดื่มและอาหารของคุณ พื้นที่บาร์กลางแจ้งเป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสําหรับการดื่มไวน์ท้องถิ่นสักแก้วในขณะที่ชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและกว้างขวาง ฉันได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องที่มีระเบียงและมองเห็นวิวที่ดีที่สุดของการแสดงดอกไม้ไฟ

ข้อบกพร่องหลักของโรงแรมนี้คือเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ดี เราขอความช่วยเหลือและทํางานได้ดี แต่คนอื่นในกลุ่มของเรามีปัญหากับความร้อนในห้อง เรามีบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเย็นซึ่งไม่มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมายและอาหารอร่อยมาก แต่พื้นที่รับประทานอาหารก็น่ารื่นรมย์ เราสามารถเห็นทะเลจากห้องของเรา การเดินไปยังส่วนเมืองเก่าของดูบรอฟนิกนั้นค่อนข้างง่ายที่จะลงเขา มีรถบัสหมายเลข 4 ที่จะกลับไปที่โรงแรมจากจัตุรัสใกล้เคียงซึ่งประตู Pile ตั้งอยู่ ก่อนอื่นคุณซื้อตั๋วที่ซุ้มเล็ก ๆ ตรงข้ามที่รถบัสมารับคุณในราคาต่ํากว่า 2 ยูโร สระว่ายน้ําของโรงแรมมีน้ําเย็นสบาย

Room is big and clean. Breakfast is available at 15 Euros for a very decent spread. You can buy the Dubrovnik Pass from Hotel Porto just next door. Bus stop is almost right outside the hotel where you can get the bus pass and there are several buses going straight into Pile Old Town. Will definitely recommend!

We stayed in a Superior Double room. Room was very spacious with a balcony, a large seating area and bathroom. Though our room was facing the street, the soundproof was good. Bedding, shower and air-conditioning were excellent. Location was good and convenient from the bus terminal. We walked to the old town which was around 30 minutes. We also took buses to/from old town. To go old town, bus stop just located a minute’ walk from hotel. On the way back, the stop located around 3-minutes walk. There’s a Tommy supermarket nearby that bus stop. Breakfast was standard but with good enough choices. But I would suggest the hotel to have covered the food as there were few like small mosquitoes/sciaroidea fly on food. Anyway, we had a very comfortable stay. Recommended!

Nos pasaron al hotel princesa en el mismo complejo. Habitación genial y vistas espectaculares. Un poco aislado pero autobús en la puerta para llegar a Dubrovnik en 15 minutos. La piscinas estaban cerradas por mantenimiento. El desayuno no nos impresiono mucho.

We stayed at the Royal Neptun for 1 week, it is 1 of 3 hotels forming a complex - Neptun is a 4 star and the other 2, 5 star and we could definitely see the difference. The highs, the location is outstanding, the walk along the promenade to the bars and restaurants, superb. The roof top bar and pool, amazing place to have drinks and watch the sunset, the pizzas in ‘on the rocks bar’ yummy, food and setting in Zoe was well worth the money, and the massage in the spa was one of the best I’ve had. So why only 3 stars: we checked in, other guests checking in were offered support with their luggage which we weren’t, maybe only for the 5 star, we didn’t mind but just noticeable. We walked into our room, first sight clean and tidy but then started to notice the red and white stains on the carpet, broken shower and safe, bathroom door sort of fixed. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience at all, it is not big enough for the size of the hotel, lots and lots of people walking around looking for tables, no management overseeing the flow of customers, staff moral appeared low, no one was smiling, would pass and not acknowledge you, when trying to attract attention it was like they looked through you and go in a different direction. Food ran out very quickly, all meats, cheeses etc were not covered and I could see the flies landing on it, the queue for omelettes was at least 10mins so big gathered all around where other guests were trying to eat. Pool area, as this is a family hotel was really surprised to see glass being used, 1 time were saw a glass break and a little boy cut his foot and second a wine glass broke and the stem ended up in the pool - no one was asked to leave whilst it was cleaned. This hotel has the making of amazing place to stay so hoping this feedback will help make the tweaks it’s needs.
