Rooms Klarisa Palace

The room was super nice, big and cool. It was inside the walled city. Just in front of Hard Rock Café. The entrance of the hotel looks like a souvenir shop. So don't get confused. Just enter to the souvenir shop and ask for the hotel. I met Linda at the "reception" because it does not look like a reception. She was very friendly and a chatterbox 😅 nothing bad about it though. I got a room in the 3rd floor and yes. I had to take my suitcase walking to the 3rd floor. The room is very expensive but as I said clean, quiet and kind of luxurious. Internet worked very well and location excellent. Note: The hard rock café has live band and you hear the music from your room BUT since I love oldies and rock & roll for me it was so cool falling asleep with such great music. I didn't take photos or videos because when rooms look the same as in the photos here there is no need. Expensive but comfortable. What to expect from Dubrovnik 🤷🏻♀️

It’s a clean, well maintained facility. You will have to take your luggage up 1 or 2 flights of stairs.

It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.

Room 101 was large and spotless.everything worked well. TV channels are limited. The bathroom window (the bedroom window) should be double glazed for sound insulation - looks as if that is in progress. Location is terrific -right next to Pile Gate so from taxi or bus to Klarisa is easy. Staff were lovely and manger Victor was a super helpful guy.

Place is in the old town and can be quite difficult to find because lodgings are not allowed to have signs. However it is just across from Big Onofrio’s Fountain at the Pile Gate. If still having trouble finding it just go into the Hard Rock Cafe and ask. They will gladly show you the entrance which is just across the street. Once found it is a great and quiet place to stay.

Thomas was excellent at helping us be comfortable with our stay. This is a prime location. Right next to Pile Gate so rolling luggage to it was very easy. Excellent view of the plaza and ancient fountain and church from our window. Access to the wall is right across the plaza. This is the hotel you want to stay in.
