Lovely hotel, staff very helpful & polite. Gasworks bar attached to hotel very good, as was small coffee shop in hotel. Our room was excellent, clean & tea/coffee/water replenished daily & with a lovely small balcony- only issue we had was room very hot, air conditioning worked although a bit noisy & I feel that I’m being picky! We really enjoyed our weekend, fantastic situation for rugby at Aviva

The hotel is generally nice and clean, and is also fairly priced, but I had no minifridge on my room despite the 4 stars rating, breakfast could be better, and the restaurant's Maître d'hôtel could have been a bit more accommodating when I brought into their attention that the heat was turned off on their bread warmer.

It’s in the business district but walkable (about 1 mile/1.6 km) to all the big tourist sites in Dublin City Centre. Wonderful staff. Great pub for drinks and food on site.

The hotel is easy to get to with a bus from the airport, and nearby several food and drink options. Rooms were nice, clean, and no complaints there. Breakfast Full Irish was very good as hotel buffets go. Good beer selection at the bar. The only small issue we had was that the room cards deactivated multiple times over a 5-night stay, and we had to keep going to the front desk to get them set up again. One of the staff said it may be due to keeping them too close to our phones, but they were not in the same pocket as our phones so this was not the cause. Staff were polite, helpful, and fast at resetting the key cards though, so a minor inconvenience in a hotel I had no other issues with.

Clean, tidy room. Friendly, helpful staff at reception. Close to Bord Gais, great breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel was perfectly situated and had a fabulous coffee shop and bar attached. Check in and check out was super quick and everyone was really helpful. The room was beautifully clean and was super spacious. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our room was ready early which was great after a red eye flight and significant time change. Staff was outstanding, room was great. Even had excellent shower pressure. The reataurant attached had a really good chicken curry. Definitely staying there again on our next trip in August.

Beautiful hotel in a good position in Dublin with cheap parking. What's not to like!

It was a great stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. They are very helpful and attentive. The lobby was awesome we ate and drank in the lobby nightly. The rooms are clean and comfy. When I return to Dublin this is where I will be staying. I still can’t say enough at how amazing the staff was.
