Was a last minute rush to Dubbo and rang to book about an hour before arrival. The staff were really helpful to accommodate myself and young family. The family room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. The location is very central in Dubbo and wasn't far from much at all.

A great little motel centrally located. The staff were so very helpful, the beds were great & we slept soundly, me with an electric blanket as the evenings were quite cool. Continental breakfast was delivered shortly after we arrived & staff put away in the fridge for the morning. We also were recommended to the local Indian restaurant & the food was as good as they said! The shower was wonderful too! Would stay there again!

The room was spacious & clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a sofa & work desk, a nook for kitchen stuff, bathroom was a good size, the Motel is reasonable well located if you have a car. The owners were pleasant & helpful.

Room immaculately clean, quiet, and great comfortable bed. Bathroom well equipped with large towels. Toaster and microwave in room. Pool is small but very clean and 1.4 metres deep (with a shallow area for kids) which was perfect. There is a rotunda onsite (away from the building) providing an area for smokers. Location is great with easy walk to the RSL, Commercial Hotel and the main street with cafes and shops. Onsite management very helpful and friendly and even provided "real"milk on arrival rather than UHT. Recommended.

What a great place. Comfy bed. Great shower nice and hot. Very quiet spot off the main drag. Really helpful manager. Room was a good size with king bed. Place was spotless. Parking was easy and plenty of it.

Heaven. Arrived hot and tired. Check in so easy. So welcoming from reception staff and manager. Our room was perfect. Spotless, comfortable and quiet. The pool was perfect. Would highly recommend this immaculate property to travellers.

Nice property. It was very clean and comfortable. I rented two rooms while travelling through on business. I was charged twice for the rooms and it took a little bit to sort it out, but it was resolved. The room was very quiet, I had a great nights rest. I would stay here again if in the area.

Comfortable and very clean room. Very friendly staff. It was busy so parking was a squeeze with our 4WD. Nice and quiet position. Close to the shops and restaurants. Close to the zoo. We would definitely recommend this motel to friends and family.

This place is double story without lifts. If you do stay, try and get the lower floor rooms. The room was nice and big, and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the stairs and the shower which was hard to keep a constant temp. The room was well appointed and nice and quiet.
