Good value for money, great location and service from the staff most especially to Liza, Popi and to all the the staffs at the restaurant who've been so attentive and accommodating to us. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Amazing experience here at the west beach Palm! Will definitely come back!

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

很滿意的一次體驗，床很舒服，房間很大，很乾凈。睡得很好，房間的隔音也好，早餐也還不錯，總之很棒。會再來

酒店位置不太方便，如果乘搭 Metro 的話，要走很遠路，入住時建議做的士或Uber。酒店服務員很友善，主動幫助提取行李。

Wspaniały widok z plaży i basenu na dachu. Na śniadaniu brakuje tylko dań z menu ala carte, które są już standardem w podobnych hotelach.

差到不能再差的酒店…1.定好的豪華大床，辦理入住時被告知沒有了，是兩個單人床拼接起來的！2.洗澡時間超過3分鐘就會滿衞生間的溢水，洗澡間沒有做傾斜破度！3.隔音差到爆，客房與客房之間僅靠一個上鎖的木門分開！4.room service經常無人接電話！5.早餐供應餐品較少！2000多元的價格也許在棕櫚島算不上很貴，但也不應該換來一個經濟型酒店的感受！
