We stay for 1 night and everything was amazing, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool service was amazing and beautiful view, the restaurant and we went to the seven sports bar and the team was kind, the housekeeping was very quick for all the requested and the most kind Assistant Manager “Chan”, he gave us the best service. He so kind and he helped us to explain everything.We will definitely back there again.❤️❤️❤️ Thankyou so much for you amazing service🥰🥰

The service was good, receptionist mr. Najeeb was very accommodating and he was very kind. Place is really nice, the pool at the rooftop,very nice view. We'll be back for sure.100% satisfied.

Every thing’s good relalaxing and good wiews , I enjoy it very nice

4 nights in February. Excellent service all around. Stayed on the beach until 3.30pm then went to the rooftop pool until the sun went down. Happy hour 5 til 8pm every night. Ultra clean, and very polite staff. Well recommended. Very close to central boulevard.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel it’s very clean the staff very friendly they upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment it has a fully equipped kitchen, the infinity pool on the roof has an amazing view, there is another pool near the beach and it’s very nice too The breakfast was great a lot of variety

Exceptional hotel in all aspects. It's pretty new and the hospitality is great. We got upgraded to a superior studio which was great and had amazing views and great sunrise. Breakfast spread was excellent and well arranged. Just one bit, it was peak summer when we stayed and the bath water was unbearably hot even in the normal setting.

A great hotel at the Palm Jumeirah. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was great. The towels were great. The private beach access was great. Location close to Nakheel mall was great. No complaints.

Great stay! Rooms very clean and attention to detail spot on! Access to the beach club is a bonus, lovely pool and great beach! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the palm.
