Hotel near city center metro station and mall, have free water bottle hotel need more care with clean and request concentrate on maintenance special for carpets

I was very disappointed

Location good,10 minutes walking distance for daira city center

Enjoyed our nine days stay. Actually we have booked for 10 days but due to the non-availability of flight we had checked out one day before. The place has a very friendly staff and the breakfast is an average. Very close to the city center and metro station.

如果是衝著價格低交通購物方便，其他條件都無所謂 可以去！如果是衝著四星和舒適度還是算了… 一切遠遠不如對面的三星酒店REVO… 洗浴噴頭是壞的 衞生紙盒是壞的 抽屜是壞的… 洗手池水量超小超小… 馬桶水箱用完需要花將近五分鐘灌滿… 即便不開空調 也能聽到隔壁空調哄哄的聲音 我對聲音比較敏感 晚上睡覺不得不戴上耳塞… 出差和旅行需要 在阿聯酋已經住了好幾家酒店 這家的體驗是最差的 也怪我當時確實圖價格便宜 位置也還行（距離地鐵和商場都不遠）

設施比較舊，衞生不太到位

nice 環境位置不錯 酒店房間安靜 適合休息 離機場近 周邊有大型商場 酒店有點老舊 前台工作人員很熱情 很愉快一次體驗

Hotel calme, un peu excentré mais prix tres correct.

It was a bad experience from the beginning, no one helped us with our luggage upon arrival and with the front desk who checked us in the receptionist is not approachable or accommodating. Then at the night time my mom slips in there bathroom, no action was taken and when we asked for ice they asked us to pay for it. The only good thing was the manager who apologized for the bad experience

I stay there on 22nd of August for a one night stay I like the hotel specially rooms are so clean and good staff service is good best hotel for a couple nice and clean not far from the airport specially thanks to front office guy I forgot the name he is a cooperative staff thanks will visit again...

Just do not go there. Reception and common areas were reasonably good but that’s it. The room stank of smoke has stains all over the carpets and blood spots it appeared on the bed sheets. The curtains were filthy and hanging down , the net curtains were grey. The shower area was mouldy and there was tape holding shower head together. I could carry on but you get the point. We were a group of over 40 people so minimum 20 rooms. Every one I spoke to said the same and no one had a good word to say about the hotel. Cruise 1st need to seriously reconsider their hotel packages with cruises. We stayed out as late as possible slept for a few hours and left as early as we could.
