I recently had the pleasure of staying at two exceptional hotels in Dubai: DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel and DAMAC Maison Distinction. Both hotels exceeded my expectations with their luxurious amenities, prime locations, and exceptional service. DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel offers stunning views of the Dubai Canal, complemented by beautifully designed rooms that provide a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool area. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with many attractions and dining options nearby. DAMAC Maison Distinction was equally impressive. The hotel's modern design, spacious suites, and breathtaking views of the city skyline made our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the chic décor to the high-quality amenities, was remarkable. What truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rami and Mr. Remond, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend both DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel and DAMAC Maison Distinction for anyone visiting Dubai. Whether you're in the city for business or leisure, these hotels offer an unparalleled experience that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful but the few rooms had noisy ac sound and we couldn’t sleep.

Very nice stay, rooms are very clean highly recommended it.

差一個字已經無法代表我的內心感受。 首先，在杜拜同價位1500左右business bay區域選擇住過jw萬豪，也住過萬豪的公寓式酒店。這次看到又是優選會五星，包括地理位置走路去dubai mall也可行的情況下想着應該不會踩雷，沒想到。 1.攜程展示的房型與實際出入極大，預訂downtown view然而實際帶我去的低樓層7樓窗子看出去的是對面的商務樓，什麼哈利法塔，你想也別想。和前台人員英語溝通，態度非常強硬，表示我們宣傳圖和實際不符很正常，以當天房型為準，問有沒有高樓層，沒有，但是卻提出讓我加價換攜程系統顯示訂完的運河景觀房。我提出疑問為何顯示定完可以升級？酒店表示這個是其他人訂的，如果我想升級他可以操作。簡直邏輯不通，欺騙消費者。 2.由於無法取消，決定加錢升級了19樓的房間。付款了200迪，然而從早上10點到下午五點，裝修的持續噪音，讓剛飛機倒時差的我無法好好休息，床單更是離譜的是三星標準使用過無數次起球的床單。地毯是臟的，沙發更不是圖片上現代化的感覺。wifi在卧室的信號為一格。 3.之所以覺得離譜是因為後續在評價中已經有中國人反映過同樣問題，而我嘗試和酒店溝通的態度讓我明白他們是多麼的無所謂。同時可想而知多少無法英語流利溝通的同胞吃過同樣的虧。 4.如果你想花1700在杜拜市區找地理位置好的酒店，請千萬不要看這家。其他可選擇性即使在旺季，也一定有比這值得的。

El servicio es bueno y los trabajadores hacen un gran trabajo, un poco pesados con lo que les dejes reviews en Google pero lo entiendo. La habitacion la limpian cada día , esto lo hacen muy bien.  El desayuno cuesta 75aed, está bien pero sin ser nada especial.  Hay que pedir un adaptador en la recepción para poder conectar los aparatos si eres extranjero. En la habitación hay muy pocos enchufes disponibles.  Deberían hacer alguna renovación de los muebles y algunos detalles , pero en general la habitación es ya bien y es amplia, es como un apartamento. A 15 minutos a pie del Burj.

Чисто, понравилось все. Спасибо, что заселили в 8:00, хотя должны были только в 15:00, огромное спасибо за это! Жил в люксе - все понравилось. Можно рекомендовать и возвращаться.

Был один отрицательный нюанс. Из-за него дали самый лучший люкс. За такое отношение 10 звезд ! Расположение отличное. Бурдж-Халифа рядом. Номер супер. Вид потрясений

위치도 너무 좋고 직원들이 친절하게 대해줍니다, 또한 수영장에 사람이 없어서 프라이빗하게 즐기기 좋습니다. 뒤에 산책로도있어 좋습니다.

在杜拜沒住過這麼差的公寓酒店了，衝著達瑪克的名氣，以為應該不錯的酒店公寓，到了才發現，雖然大廳不小，但是空曠到沒人氣，沒有裝飾，只有一個老舊的沙發和餐桌，房間也是一點生氣都沒有，整個套房沒有任何裝飾，壓抑得不行…也沒人管，當天晚上都想逃離…

距離杜拜Mall走路四個紅綠燈，酒店設施不錯，每天中午12點開始收拾房間。總體不錯。
