The location is great which is near the metro station, the Museum of the Future and the World Trade Centre. The room is comfortable but a little dated, the staff members were friendly and considerate.

The room is spacious and the hospitality of the staffs are amazing. The hotel is located between 2 metro stations within a walkable distance and many eateries are near by. Ideal location in downtown Dubai. Highly Recommended.

The location was amazing. The lobby was lovely. It took 1.5 day to change the minibar of my room cuz it did not work well which was disappointing. Breakfast was very good and tasty and overall I give 4/5 to this hotel.

Great location in front of museum of future, convenient place . 5min walk to metro station. Overall the best place to stay.

The hotel was located in between 2 metro stations, and even though it's right opposite the museum of the future, you woud have to walk to one of the metro stations to cross over. Hotel wise, super outdated and old in furnishing. Hardly any powerpoints around, there was none around the bed area which meant that I had to unplug the hot water kettle to charge my phone (I was allocated to a handicap room). The worse part was the bathroom, I kept having issues with the toilet bowl and it was'nt able to flush. Even though the hotel fix the problem, it would come back again next day! Luckily I was on a business trip and was not in the room most of the time, imagine staying in a room without a proper flushable toilet?! Oh, and toothbrush and toothpaste is'nt provided, so better to bring your own.
With the price paid, I'm sure there are other much better hotels around!
