สภาพห้องดูดี แต่ปกติไปพักมาหลายโรงแรม ในห้องมักจะมีชาหรือกาแฟแถมให้ แต่ที่นี่ไม่มี ฝุ่นเยอะ ผ้าห่มดำมาก

ดีหมดครับ แต่พนักงานไม่เพียงพอต่อลูกค้าในลงครั้ง ห้องสวยมาก ได้ห้องดีมากๆๆๆๆๆ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก อาหารเช้าดีมาก

จริงๆ แล้วฉันอ่านความคิดเห็นเชิงลบและเชิงบวกมาหลายครั้ง แต่ฉันตัดสินใจพักที่โรงแรมนี้เพราะราคาและทำเลที่ตั้ง ราคาดีมากและมีคุณภาพสูง เป็นโรงแรมที่ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมากใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Rigga มีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และเห็นได้ชัดว่าต้องชำระค่าบริการที่จอดรถสำหรับที่ตั้ง อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมมากสำหรับราคาที่มีหลากหลายและสิ่งจำเป็น การเช็คอินรวดเร็ว คุณต้องทิ้งเงิน 200 aed หรือบัตรประจำตัวไว้เป็นเงินช่วยเหลือจนกว่าคุณจะเช็คเอาท์ในกรณีที่คุณทำบางสิ่งเสียหาย เป็นเรื่องที่เข้าใจได้ พนักงานเอาใจใส่และเป็นมืออาชีพมาก ฉันไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องเสียงรบกวน ห้องพักใหญ่ มีทุกสิ่งที่ฉันต้องการ ฉันชอบที่มันมีลิฟต์ 3 ตัวและคุณไม่ต้องรอนาน แซงหน้าโรงแรมแพงๆ หลายแห่งได้จริงๆ ฉันแนะนำและจะกลับมาอีกครั้ง เป็นโรงแรมที่เหมาะสำหรับคู่รักและนักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องการสำรวจดูไบ ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับของคุณ

ดีมากเหมือนโรงแรมเลย ระหว่างสองถนนสายหลัก รถไฟฟ้า ร้านอาหาร สระว่ายน้ำ ไนท์คลับ บาร์ ห้องออกกำลังกาย ฯลฯ ห้องพักสะอาด..

บริการแม่บ้านไม่ค่อยดีนัก ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนพวกเขาต้องการเพียงคำแนะนำเท่านั้น

สภาพแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและบริเวณที่อยู่อาศัยโดยรอบมีเสียงดัง อุปกรณ์ของโรงแรมเก่าและโครงสร้างของห้องเก่า ไม่มีมนุษยธรรมเพียงพอ โดยรวมแล้วถือได้ว่าเป็นโรงแรมเก่าสามดาวเท่านั้นและเป็นการพักชั่วคราว

ผู้จัดการหน้าที่หยาบคายมาก เขาปฏิบัติต่อแขกเหมือนขอทาน ห้องพักมีกลิ่นเหม็นและไม่ถูกสุขลักษณะ อาหารเช้าแย่มาก ฉันไม่แนะนำเลย

พัก 2 คืนและมีของกินในบริเวณใกล้เคียงค่อนข้างเยอะ

ไม่เลวใช่มั้ย?

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of your receptionist, Raj. I requested a 1:30 PM late check-out considering that I only arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM. Instead of politely explaining the hotel policy or handling my request professionally, the receptionist responded in a manner that I found disrespectful and lacking in proper customer service. He simply told me to leave the hotel by 1:00 PM without showing courtesy, understanding, or any effort to assist. I believe this type of attitude toward guests can negatively affect the reputation and image of your hotel. I respectfully request that management review this matter and provide the necessary action or training to ensure that all employees maintain proper professionalism and respect when dealing with guests. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this concern will be addressed seriously.

The wifi is like 3G from year when the internet is started so slow, not even loading, we call for help, jesus!!  Even the electrician doesn't know what to do.He was teaching us how to do it, we told him the problem is not our laptop, or mobile its your internet connection.  He just left like nothing. Same issue  Nice housekeeping, but he washed  all our cups from the sink in the washroom(thats not cool).   I have book for 2 person, i know its only for 2 person who can sleep there. But when im having an extra guess, it does mean she will sleep there! Common sense. Suddenly i received i call from the reception receptionist guy ( pakistani / egyptian )  threatening me that he will charge 100aed per 1 hour per guess!! WHO DOES THAT GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL!!!  I feel so embarrassed!! What i did i book extra room for 600 aed!!!! They know it. My first and last on this hotel NOT RECOMMENDED

The overall experience was not bad but the only thing that I disappointed me was the lateness caused while waiting for them to come with the iron I ask to borrow which took almost an hour. Everything else was fine
