The worst hotel I ever had been to.. too crowded hotel as u are in a mall not hotel 5 star.. visitors does respect the q in the check in.. and staff don’t consider that there is a line..
I went there with out my kids to have a rest from work .. they put my room as a connect room with a child didn’t stop crying 3 hours and I hear his mom talking loudly .. I spoke to the reception about my neighbor, to do something “they should move me to another room with upgrade room as a compensation”.. but they didn’t they only transfer my room to a far room exactly as the one I was in..
I discovered that the phone is not working in the new room .. I went to the reception to tell them,, the receptionist was arguing with me about the phone as I am lying she said it takes time and u should press zero and the hash bottom “I told her I know how to use the phone and it’s not working” finally she believes me and called the manger..
the manger Kamila was great she gave me her direct number to call her because the phone in the room was not working.. I wanted water I called the manger Kamila twice and she switch the phone I was shocked.. what a hotel really it was dispointed.. u think it finished no.
When I checked out everything was paid one day before check in.. the hotel 5 times was trying to deduct the booking amount…
