Pool not heated. Asked for an extra pillow, front desk said they get 2 extra per night and gave them out already. Said he would call me back, never did. Bathroom door didnt close. Breakfast chaos

This hotel deserves 10 out of 10 stars. Very clean, very professional, and the free breakfast is amazing. Definitely would go here again.

This is a newer hotel with a modern design. Rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. We stayed 7 nights and were very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to ask for towels every time we used the pool but they were always quick to bring them out. Good breakfast selection and lots of seating in dining area. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and highway. Had to use the ice machine on a different floor as the one on our floor didn’t work. We let them know at the front desk but it still didn’t work by the time we left. Other than that, everything was great and would stay again.

Excellent clean hotel located in a beautiful Doral area. The room was spacious and comfortable for a five night stay. The breakfast was descent, but the lady in the breakfast area could have been nicer. Will stay again.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Gluten free bread and other veg options for breakfast which we have sort of come to expect from a Residence Inn branded property was a plus. Hotel staff even extended our check out by about an hour and a half due to an unplanned urgent care visit...Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The room was so large and comfortable. There was 6 of us. Our two boys, 12 and 9 were comfortable sleeping on the pullout couch. We will have to stay here again when visiting the area.

Very nice property, new and updated, nice kitchen in room. No ice buckets and when we went to ask for one the front desk guy had a note up saying hed be back. But other than that. This is a very nice place.
